A bar that is easy to miss and dismiss as yet just another door, is actually one of the coolest cocktail bars around the Cross! What once used to be a strip club now hides all manner of Australian only spirits including whiskey and gin. Lovely atmosphere and great drinks, this place is a hidden gem! Make sure to check out the bathrooms where they have put the original neon signs for extra character!

Did a cocktail making class here. Amazing service, better cocktails and fun vibe. Great present idea or for group activity. Definitely recommend the cocktail making class as a unique gift ☺️ Also, I love that they only source from local (Aussie 🇦🇺) suppliers! ☺️

Contemporary menu with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Encyclopedic information about the provenance of the alcohol. Perfect combinations of flavours. Sit at the bar if you're keen to watch your drink being assembled. Great ambience and cosy venue. Great place for a date or long catch up with a friend.

Great little stylish, atmospheric downstairs bar that only uses Australian products, honours the history of the neighbourhood with inventive drinks and all delivered with friendly and helpful service.

Loved it! Awesome spot, got a booth for 6 people on walk ins and the staff were super welcoming. Feels rare to get that in sydney these days. Great cocktails, all Aussie spirits and cool as fit out of an ex-strip club

Dulcies hosted my 40th birthday party and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It was an excellent venue for my intimate yet theatrical affair. The manager Josh was particularly helpful in the leadup and planning stages as well as the party itself. My guests were extremely happy with everything, from the clearly labelled food to meet all dietary requirements to the delicious custom cocktail menu. Highly recommended!

I love that you don't need to book, but that creates issues with larger groups. We were 6 and were asked to move seats 3 times to accommodate other walk ins. Very friendly staff. I loved my fancy whisky sour.

Best night ever! Staff are amazing, drinks are amazing and the atmosphere and look and feel of the whole place was beyond amazing. We also did one of their cocktail classes, sooo informative and the staff member even changed a few little things around once he learned more about us, to suit us more. We had the best time and have been recommending this place to all of our family and friends. We can't wait to go back!
