Our family has been attending this practice for many years and I’ve been so impressed by the thorough care of all the doctors, and the helpful support from the Reception team. Recently I have taken my 3 young boys to see Dr Courtney and her genuine care and knowledge in this space is outstanding. It’s So refreshing to have a GP that follows through, has availability throughout the week and provides support through her qualifications and lived experience as a mother. Thank you!

Have been attending this medical practice for a few years now. Reception staff are always so friendly, warm and with genuinely welcoming smiles when one arrives, and equally courteous and most helpful on the telephone. The doctors here are also very professional and supportive. There is the added convenience of Douglass Hanly Moir pathology on the premises with equally lovely staff in attendance. I am very happy to leave this post here and always recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

After changing medical practices for my first time in 40yrs, I have been so impressed by Balmoral Medical Practice. Steven Yakich, considering I’m new to the practice, was very aware of my issues, efficient and very pleasantly attentive. This is reflected in all staff - reception and nurse. It makes one feel quite valued and cared for. I’m sure it’s what we all would like in our community medical care but is very rare in Mosman from my experience and friend’s reports. This practice deserves a high recommendation.

Dr. Courtney Isreb has been amazing. Today I went to the Balmoral Medical Practice for the first time and I felt really supported and understood by Dr. Isreb. She took a lot of time to go through my medical history and understand my main concerns. I always feel GPs are in a rush and today I experienced a completely different approach in which me and my concerns were fully acknowledged. The girls at reception were also really friendly and helpful.

Always greeted with a smile at the reception, appointment times are kept, and in any case if you’re not feeling good it’s worth the 5/10 minute wait to be reassured that you’re going to be fine soon 😂 and parking is not a problem. 😃 all of the lasses in the front are enough to make you feel better already, the coffee is never cold,☕️🍪 nor are the biscuits stale but I’m hoping that they are working on it. Imagine coffee ☕️ biscuit 🍪 and seeing the doctor all on Medicare. Gosh how good would that be.🤞😅

What an amazing team of doctors! Dr Amy is the best doctor I've ever had!! She is extremely thorough, kind and caring. Likewise, Dr Courtney is amazing with my young daughters and they adore their visits with her.

I've been visiting this medical practice since it first opened and I've always had a good health care experience. The practice is operated by the three founding doctors so over the years I've been able to receive a continuity of personal medical care with Dr Yakich. The nursing staff are friendly, caring and professional too as are the admin staff. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Appointments are easy to book either online or by phone. Dr Amy Zhu is really knowledgeable and mostly on time. When a referral is required her go to specialists, like her, are up with current trends and not just wanting to write a script and send you on your way. I was referred to Amy, and would, and have happily referred friends and family to her and the clinic.

Very positive experience with Dr Hillary. She saw my baby on the same day, was really lovely and gentle, was very confident with her diagnosis and I particularly appreciated that she gave me a follow up call the next day just to see how my baby was doing (in my experience with other GPs, no one ever did that). Recommended.

I have taken my children to this practice approx 3 times now and been totally impressed each time, both with the doctors and reception staff. Everyone is happy, friendly & thorough. We've seen Dr Li and Dr Blomeley & were very happy with both. Each time we've come out going "wow, they are all so nice".

Great doctors and impeccable service! I’ve been going there for more than 3.5years now and they’ve always provided excellent service and recommendations. Always someone available to pick up the phone and no wait times! Could not fault them!

Doctor checking my baby always in the rush if stay longer she has to charge more money last time my baby 6 month she’s only do short check up and told me to go child care centre to check her hip,heart and etc because my check up only 15 minutes for $95and spent only 10 minutes if I want to have more check up her hip and heart or ask more questions will change more for about $150 consultation. It’s all about money doesn’t care about baby health so disappointed. I have to go another clinic to check her health again just wasted my time. I thought it’s convenient to see her close to my house but keep asking to pay more if I need more checks up.

Dr Jack has supported my children and I through numerous issues - some far less severe than others! - and has shown genuine care and compassion in every interaction. We’ve also seen a number of other doctors in the practice over the years and they’ve all been fantastic. Highly recommended BMP ❤️

Never have I been to any medical practice where I’ve felt so welcomed and cared for. All the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, show genuine care and concern for your wellbeing and are so friendly. Dr Amy Zhu is hands down the best GP I’ve ever seen — she’s incredibly thorough, and always goes the extra mile to support your health journey, and make you feel validated. Different doctors from the Balmoral Medical team look after our large family, and we tremendously value their thoroughness, care and professionalism. Front desk very friendly, highly responsive, consistently reliable and simply lovely. Very handy to have pathology in the same building.

The BEST GPs! Proactive, genuinely care, patience with patients, look at the whole person not just a symptom, great communicators, reliable. Ease of making appointments online - for in person appointments or telehalth consults. And 99% run on time if not ahead. Reception team also always go out of their way to help. Friendly and personal. Great staff. Friendly and approachable Doctors who give answers without being condescending or confusing. Really appreciate them taking the time to make sure my daughter (3 yr old) felt comfortable to be examined and answer questions about her symptoms.
