We really enjoyed this place lots nice grounds to walk, gym, had one of the best steaks here for sure. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Very nice resort. Thermal pools are the main atraction and they're realy good. Services are OK, nothing so special. Rooms are a bit old but everything works fine.

The hotel is located in Mossoró, in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Norte. The hotel facilities include a water park, a little farm, an artificial lake and the famous thermal swimming polls, with water drawn from underground thermal waters. The hotel also hosts a famous local restaurant. Some of these facilities are available even at night. If the local restaurant is not enough, the city of Mossoró has more restaurants available close by. Though not a big city, it has a decent shopping center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cable TV and air conditioner. Room service is good, the staff is helpful and polite. By day the entertainment staff run many activities for the hotel guests by the water park. You, as a hotel guest, can also have towels available for free in the water park area.

Lovely place to come and relax. The pools are fantastic, the food is amazing 💗 Very child friendly also. However internet is not the best.

This is the best resort to bring your kids and have a lot of fun. It's expansive but the location is great. The bar and restaurant is also very expensive, but the quality is good (could be great, but isnt)

Rooms are very comfortable and staff is helpful. Pools are really nice to relax and are usable 24/7. I had a great time.

The hotel is awesome. The room are perfect. And the food is a delicious. I loved this place. And i want to back here in the next year.

Service was ok, but could be better. Rooms need a bit of work (closet doors were not closing, sink was partially clogged).

Road trip from Joao Pessoa to Fortaleza. We stopped here for 2 nights for the kids to visit the water park and they loved it. 3 adult waterslides and 2 kid friendly slides were awesome. At 1100am to 2pm, we were the only 3 people there (April 2023). It was difficult to find in the dark and rain off the highway. Once checked in, the parking lot isn't paved and we tracked a lot of mud and dirt into our hotel the first night. The horseback ride was super sketchy, the guide's horse got spooked a couple times and the route was through the rear of the hotel - the hotel garbage dump, but the kids didn't know better and they enjoyed it. I still don't recommend it. The breakfast buffet was super. Best passion fruit I've ever tasted. Omelettes and tapioca ready for order. I'll be back the next time I'm in Brazil and the kids are older.
