What a day of luxurious day of relaxation! We arrived at 11am, booked 2 beds ( 4 people), had cocktails, lunch and dessert throughout the day. The service was very attentive and friendly without being over-exaggerated. We felt very comfortable. The beach was gorgeous. The food & drinks delicious. We left at 6pm feeling fully refreshed and relaxed.

We had the best time at Carlton Beach Club. Service was superb, like 7 star service. We asked if we could just have ice cream and that was no problem. Elevator is available to take our stroller down and plenty of seats in mid April. We took up a whole section sofa and it was so comfy to enjoy the strawberry and lemon ice cream. The cappuccino was nice and fancy. Ice cream had french crepe cookies on top which was amazing. We explored the beach area a bit and the kids loved it. Souvenir items available for sale at a 7 star price 😊 bathroom also very very nice. Can't wait for the renovated Carlton hotel!

Carlton beach club Cannes gets a mixed review. The location is fantastic and it's a beautiful setting, however it is very expensive even for Cannes. We knew what to expect but the service wasn't amazing and nor was the food. Everything was acceptable but could have been better. With a lot of choice of beach clubs in Cannes, this probably wouldn't be my first choice to return to.

Impeccable service, sublime cocktails and delicious food. While we decided to try another hotel this trip, we again decided to visit the Carlton Beach Club (to be fair, it was our daughter that charmed the host / manager into allowing us to utilise their beach club / lounge facilities). The service was great as always, the food equally lovely. The atmosphere is second to none!

We went there by complete happen chance! My baby daughter dropped her sock and the gentleman from the place found us on La croisette to return it to us and then my family and I decided to try the place. Amazing spot, fascinating view of the beach ⛱ and a wonderful menu! Definitely recommended if you're in town! Wonderful staff, who are very polite and helpful!

We were in Cannes for just a day, so thought of trying the restaurant of the most popular hotel of Cannes. The place is definitely expensive, but the food is also really good! Love their cocktails. The Lobster Rolls and Lamb Chops were absolutely delicious! 2 main course and 2 drinks costed us around 130 EUR.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Where do I start, the unbelievably kind and warm service. The personal touches, the genuine intent to create a welcoming experience. And that’s before the food arrived, which was out of this world. Leaving France this is our last day here, and far and away the best experience was a nice quiet evening at this exceptional Beach Club.

All these beach clubs are NOT the same. We know, because we went to a couple during our visit here. A couple days ago we were at a different club about 100 meters west of this one and the service there was not good. THIS club (Carlton Beach Club) was on a whole other level and the same price! Service was amazing and truly 7-star for us. Example- I put a towel over my feet because they were in the sun and someone immediately ran down and installed additional umbrellas to make shade for my feet and to assure we were comfortable. I never had to ask, they watched for my comfort. They were very attentive the whole visit and wanted to assure you are happy. Very impressed and this was the best service we had out of our 1 week visit here in Cannes. My only complaint, and it’s not the clubs fault, is the water was a bit dirty by the peer. Moving over to the club next door, while in the water, to get away from the peer worked well. No issues with that. A few more steps back to our seat from the ocean- no problem. Our kid found another friendly kid to play with so that was also a blessing. They enjoyed looking at the fish by their feet in the water and playing in the clean sand. The people in front of us were super high maintenance. Like next level spoiled rotten high maintenance. When the lady would come back from the beach she would want here cushions swapped out. If the help did not bring her fresh towels directly from the dryer for her new cushions she would refuse them and demand new towels. The towels could not be set down anywhere or they would complain they were dirtied and refuse them. The towels had to be put directly on their seats immediately. It was entertaining to watch while we sipped our espresso martinis chuckling at their own self misery and chaos. The staff was incredible and attended to their outrageous requests without a problem. Very impressed by the staff and their professionalism while watching. Thank-you for a great experience! Food, liquor, location and service was perfection!

One of the best beach club dining experiences. The staff here are amazing and very attentive. Food is great, drinks are even better. Go for the 1930, easily the best cocktail I've ever had. 10/10

I had lunch here recently when I was in Cannes, my friend and I both found the food and service were impeccable, staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. We had a very relaxing lunch in beautiful surroundings.

We wouldn't usually eat at tourist places, but this turned out to be a very good restaurant. Top service from the staff, correct cooking, and fantastic atmosphere. We really enjoyed the live music from the talented artists.

Great location, service, food, and the staff were just always so attentive! A couple of our group even went for a quick dip and they ran with towels to the table. Definitely beat service out of the beach clubs I tried.

My friend and I spent the entire day at this beach club. The service and amenities were top-tier. The food was absolutely phenomenal (my first time seeing lobster rolls on a menu in France lol). And the staff was super friendly and kind! We were taken care of by David and Claude and we cannot have asked for better service. They made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time the entire day. Thank you for making our day in Cannes so enjoyable :) We hope to come back!! 12/10 highly recommend

You’ll think its too expensive until you try the food or go elsewhere and compare the service. Worth every penny - great service, amazing cocktails and incredible food. Take the day off and enjoy 🙏

Spent a lovely day at Carlton Beach Club. Warm welcome when we checked in and got us set up. Lunch was lovely too and there was a nice acoustic band going around the tables taking requests. The staff was attentive and put up extra umbrellas to block the sun when I asked but I had to deduct a star when we wanted bar service at our lounger it took quite a while to flag down a server to make an order. My children enjoyed the kids club too. Great day at Carlton!

This is a charming place with great food, excellent service and amazing ambience. Each and every staff member was absolutely brilliant. The cocktails, pasta and lobster roll were all amazing. Must visit.

Fabulous day here. Service is first class and can't do enough for you. Sun longers are fabulous with a call button for Service. €35 for the day but on par with every where in the Riviera. Would highly recommend! I had the lobster roll which was delicious. Great vibe and beach also. If in Cannes, go!

Carlton Beach was a staple of the Croisette. Unfortunately, the service and quality of the beach have taken a dive over time. I went to the beach after lunch hours for a quick snack, the beach beds are far too expensive even for the Carleton, the food was mediocre and not worth the price. Food took over an hour to arrive, and service will not be helpful at all unless given a fairly large tip. Overall I don't recommend this plage.

We’ll always choose this beach whenever going to Cannes - it’s one of the best private ones with excellent food, great service and plenty of space. The lobster rolls taste excellent !

Shame this place has potential yet fails to meet expectations. Food is blah and overpriced, currently dining here now and had the worst Salade Niçoise ever. Thought it would be a safe order but there is no tuna, the salad looks like bagged salad with lettuce rotting and it isn’t pleasant at all for 32 euros. The wine is good but clearly overpriced and that is okay given the beachside location. You’re paying for the view and ambience not the food. Such a pity and really disappointed thinking Niçoise would be a safe order for good quality. The service is typical non-fussed french service.
