What an excellent and pleasurable experience to shop here! A rare treat in France to be served by pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Once again we were there to buy paint as the quality of the paint is excellent and we highly recommend this store. The second time we have had an excellent shopping experience. We highly recommend it.

They have a wide selection of products, but seem expensive. I would recommend to compare online prices before making the purchase.

I have been taken care by 3 different people in the store today all very kind and thoughtful! I am definitely not used to that in France anymore, that was very nice! I will definitely come back again!

Wrong shower screen delivered. Customer Services only take messages and you have to wait for a call back. Work on site has stopped completely. Very, very poor.

Product arrived on time as per the order, so organized an appointment to collect as per instructions, again no problem, but when I turned up to collect and handed my order documention over to the girl, she was so miserable. The guy who brought the item to me was cheerful and helpful. The weak link in the chain, what a shame.

OK for a few bits and bobs but don't use their other "one stop shop" services. We tried their delivery and installation service for a wood-burning stove. Awful experience from start to finish (although we still haven't quite got to the finish). Badly managed service using multiple delivery and installation companies...no contact between Leroy Merlin and the third parties so it has been down to us to chase up the various people involved. The service level promised in the shop is not what is actually delivered. Delivery times are huge (8-10 weeks for a stove that was on display in the shop). The SAV people on the phone are less than helpful and, at times, rude. We have previously bought power tools and bits of DIY stuff there with no problems but this experience has been enough for me to look elsewhere in future. OK pour quelques petits trucs pour bicoler mais n'utilisez pas leurs autres services "one stop shop". Nous avons essayé leur service de livraison et d’installation pour un poêle à bois. Expérience épouvantable du début à la fin (même si nous n’avons pas encore tout à fait terminé). Service mal géré faisant appel à plusieurs sociétés de livraison et d’installation ... aucun contact entre Leroy Merlin et les tiers; il nous incombe donc de rechercher les différentes personnes impliquées. Le niveau de service promis dans le magasin ne correspond pas à ce qui est réellement fourni. Les délais de livraison sont énormes (8-10 semaines pour un poele exposé dans le magasin - ils n'ont pas les entrepots???). Les membres de SAV au téléphone sont moins qu'utiles et parfois impolis. Nous avions déjà acheté des outils électriques et des objets de bricolage sans aucun problème, mais cette expérience m'a suffit pour chercher ailleurs à l'avenir. Ils m'avaient dit que quelqu'un allait me rappeler pour en discuter mais j'attends encore cet appel... SAV pas bon du tout.
