We had such a lovely stay here. The staff was warm and kind, and seemed to genuinely want guests to have the best possible stay. Our room was hot (it wasn't their fault that it was 38 degrees outside), and I asked for a fan. They found one for me, but before they knew they had one, they offered to express order one! When I asked for ice for the tap water, they gave me a bucket of it without hesitation. The meals were also delicious, and the set menu can be adjusted for allergies or foods you dislike if you talk to the staff before 5pm. The hotel also had electric bikes available for rent, which made for a great afternoon of cycling around the lake. I also cannot say enough great things about the pool. It was cool and comfortable on these hot days, and it was also gorgeous. I was genuinely sad to leave, and hope to be back soon.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The staff were super professional, warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and great views across to the lake. The coffee was great (not usual in France in our experience) and super continental breakfast. We would definitely go back soon

A great hôtel in a great , quiet location close to the lake with free parking . The food is amazing and the staff are super friendly . The hotel grounds are beautiful as is the pool area . Highly recommended !

A very warm welcome awaited us when we arrived and what a beautiful room with air conditioning. Very helpful staff,great service and wonderful food.

We spent 2 days with our 2 babies in September. We have been warmly welcomed by the owners and the staff was full of attention and care. We spent a wonderful relaxing moment, the breakfast was great and complete, the restaurant was delightful, the suite room was clean and of a higher standard than 3 stars. We definitely recommend this hotel and we thank you so much for this pleasant stay

I would give this place a 10 if I could. Everything is wonderful there. Amazing rooms, great food, lovely employees and a beautiful pool. I used their bikes and they were perfect. The place is right next to a very enjoyable beach that one can walk to. The area is gorgeous with many water sports, hiking, parapente etc. Most importantly the management is impeccable at every level. We will be coming back for sure.

Loved it. I have been 3 times to this hotel and it never seems to disappoint! Service is top class and the area that surrounds it is superb for relaxation and exploring. I Higly recommend the beach opposite the hotel it is beautiful!

A perfect hotel situated right on lake Annecy. The views from the room are spectacular. The Service is excellent. The dinners here are Devine. A perfect holiday.
