I really loved this place. The Gas station, courthouse, and gift shop was so much fun. I love Mayberry. The show is so good and being in this place was wonderful. Get a ride in the Sheriff’s car and get your Mayberry memorabilia. It is worth the visit! Very unique place, not quite like the show but very close! The whole family enjoyed this quick stop. There is no admission, but a donation box is available. Parking can be a little tight.

Great visit to Mt Airy. The $50 spent for the squad car ride was well worth it! We had a great driver/guide who shared lots of history and facts about the show. Highly recommend!!

The closest you will get to Mayberry! What a treat to visit Andy Griffith’s childhood town if Mt. Airy and step right into the television! The courthouse allows you hands on fun, even being able to step into Otis’ jail cell! Hung out in jail for a bit, got some shopping done at Wally's Service Station, peeked through Floyd's Barber Shop, followed Barney Fife's Squad Car through town and drove by Andy Griffith's childhood home! What a great place to stop!

The stop and short walk around brings you right into the TV setting. The memories just pop out at you. There is the courthouse with jail cells, Wally's filling station, Emmit's fixit shop, and store fronts from the show. If you continue into Mt Airey, there is an actual Floyd's Barber Shop.

I was absolutely stunned by what I got to see .. Museum of Andy filled my ❤ n soul with pics n info I never knew Was amazing.. Highly reccomend walleys station because you have the Courthouse jail right next door.. BONUS the darlins truck n much more.....YOU go n 👀 see you'll ❤ it

Stopped in for a quick visit on our way from Myrtle Beach back to Ohio. This is a fun stop for anyone that remembers the Andy Griffith Show. Reminder of simpler days gone by.
