Great smiling servers! Fresh smoothie! I always make my own. But, in the process, my blender decided to expire forever- THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER BUYING A SMOOTHIE- EVER! YOU WON A LOYAL CUSTOMER

The ladies that are working there are so nice and so sweet to my girls and I that we come to this one every time because of that and because my daughter's does my daughters are so small that they actually split a smoothie in 2 cups for them that to me is above and beyond to make your customers happy thank you so much tropical smoothie

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. One time I ordered something online and the manager called me to ask if I’d like a substitution because they were out of a particular ingredient. Great customer service!

The breakfast wrap was surprisingly filling and delicious for the price. The smoothies are spot on. Good value, all things considered

I'd give them a 5 star if they'd ACTUALLY stop blending my smoothie with water when I order it with extra juice instead, and pay for it. I buy myself smoothies on rough days, so it really sucks when it is made wrong. I starter going to another location out of my way as a result 😩

Buyer beware. Put my credit card in and was automatically charged a tip. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention she told me “well, I guess you did” even though no such authority was given. My sandwich was wet and the corn was stale and old. Was my first and last visit to this location. Rude service, and they expected to be tipped for it. Wouldn’t even star if I could review without it.

We went to this Tropical smoothie location and they did not disappoint! The staff was quick to greet us and friendly. They even made recommendations for substitutions. As always, the smoothies were great!

The food and smoothies are always great at this location, so I normally don't mind driving further to come here. The customer service is never anything to write home about but the woman that I can only assume is training for a manager based on her lack of customer service skill and impatienece was excruciatingly awful and I think I'm just going to have to move on. I came in with my daughter, who I said would need a minute. My daughter went to the restroom and came back and while I was confirming her order with her the woman proceeded to talk over me asking what we wanted to order.. then when I began to order she stuck up her finger and cut me off to say hold on. Yikes.

Definitely not coming back to this location. The avacado grilled cheese barely had avacado and cheese on it. I’ve been to 3 other locations, and never had one like this.

All the workers are great they all deserve a raise.....now, this new point system is a bit ridiculous, it used to be after 550 points when you get a free smoothie...1200 now? This will change the amount I buy at TSC! I understand going up, but too double it is crazy. It's already 10.00 for a smoothie so now you have to spend $120 to get a free smoothie. You guys get cheap so will I. And I buy 1 every day!!! So that's gonna change !!Harper is the best location tho! I know this isn't a problem with the store so I still keep a 5* but the big wigs need to change and stop being so greedy!!

Smoothies are always a hit here at this establishment. However i did get sick from trying the chicken caprese and mozzarella sandwich. I usually get the hummus wrap but this time it has a sour out ranch dressing taste when it is usually a sweet onion based dressing soo maybe the person assembling the wrap missed that or chose the setting dressing. Still love going there I’ll just hold off on the chicken.

Ordered a quesadilla because I had a coupon for it. There was next to nothing on it. Also, I requested a salsa on the side and the girl actually lied to me and said she put one in the box. Bad enough that it was skimpy, but then to outright lie!! I would fire her for that reason alone.

I am a very picker eater. I called & inquired about the chocolate & peanut butter smoothie. I mentioned that I don't like banana. The gal was super nice, sweet & understanding. She offered to mix it with something else, like yogurt. I was still hesitant, but she said if she made it, she would make sure it was more milky, than watery & that it would taste good. Her name was Sara and she did a fantastic job! Kudos to Sara for making my milkshake on Saturday morning! And it was ready when my aunt came in! I didn't even ask her to make it in advance!

I always get the Bahama mama. It's really good if you just need to grab something healthy on the go.

The staff is very nice but I just ordered and stood where you wait for your order and there was at least 4 flies and some gnats buzzing around the making station. Plus the fruit they were using was literally so old. My stomach instantly flipped and I asked for a refund. I also want to add there since it is winter, flies are not just coming in through the doors. That means they’re probably hatching from larvae inside the facility. Ew.

This was a great location! Very knowledgeable staff and delicious products of course! We had the peanut butter smoothie with pea protein which is a nice option from whey or soy! Grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich with honey was awesome as well! Will be back to this location!

Great if your going for smoothies, but I highly recommend skipping the food. The first time I got a sandwich from this place it had some brown pieces of lettuce on it. I really thought no big deal. Once in a while someone forgets to change out the lettuce or it came like that. I've worked in fast food. But then it happened a second time and now I'm convinced that they don't change out their produce even after it's wilted. Very disappointed, the sandwiches are kinda pricey and I didn't want to eat what I paid for.

Just got major dental surgery. So banana & a smoothie hit the spot for me. ☺️ No straws for me. But this place is quick, very friendly, & clean. Ladies do a great job.
