Amazing experience at this place today! This is literally the first review I have ever written for anything and knew the moment I left this establishment that I had to do it. I was that impressed. Went in with what I thought was a "shot in the dark" idea for a gift for my daughter's friend and the gentleman in the store walked us through our idea in about 10 minutes, gave us an unbelievably fair price, had it ready in 40 minutes, and the finished product was exactly what my daughter had envisioned for her friend. I decided to write this because COVID has definitely taken its toll on great businesses and this is definitely one business I would love to remain so that when we have our next crazy idea...we know without a doubt where to go! Went here because of the reviews online, but ended up with terrible customer service. We started off with a logo design, he told me there was a watermark on the photo, so in a matter of 5 seconds, I found the same photo without the watermark. Then he said I couldn’t cut the photo into a circle shape instead of a square shape. But then after dabbling around the computer, he finally cut it into the form of a circle. Then he was trying to show us what it would look like in a small size like we wanted, but he insisted on us getting it enlarged even though we told him in the beginning that we wanted that photo as a logo on the shirt. After 10 more minutes, he finally finishes the logo to show us, but part of it was cut off. I happen to see it and asked if the bottom part would be cut out too. His response was “ that’s the photo you sent”. After I asked that question, he just walked away muttering in his language. No one should be treating anyone in that matter. You’re better off going to another place. All I wanted to do was to get a matching custom bowling shirt for my father and I.

I brought in the pocket off of my dad's golf bag to have his name embroidered on it. The two men working were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick a font and then embroidered it on. I was able to get it back within a few hours. They did a great job and my dad was really pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any of your embroidery needs.
