Reached here around 8+am for a quick breakfast bef heading to Melaka. If it's your first time here, drive slowly when you're approaching if not you could miss it pretty easily. Plenty of parking along the small roads. Ordered a kopi and a packet of nasi lemak, both of which are pretty good! Can taste the roast in the thick kopi and the coconut milk in the nasi lemak was fragrant despite the unassuming packaging.

Toast bread was nicely done. Too soft to my liking and lack of cruncyness. If u treat it as steam bun then this was good. 3 stars Kopi was perfectly done. Full of the best of aroma and taste of bitterness and sweet at its perfect balance. WOW. 5 stars Half boiled egg was nicely done but lack of the kick and WOW factor. 3 stars. Nasi lemak was delicious. Fine distinctive and non sticky. 3 stars

A MUST-HAVE breakfast when in the good ol' town of Muar. Amazing charcoal toasted homemade bread dipped in beautiful big, perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. With a side of mee rebus and kopi-o.

A great place to start our day with Malaysia local authentic food. The kopi and toast is a must to try!!!! Kopi is full of aroma with slight bitterness. The bread is well toasted with the mixture of kaya and butter. The kaya is so nice (rich in pandan and coconut milk). The sambal is a good kick of spice. Be warned for all who can't accept high spiciness. Lohtong and mee rebus are also recommended. However there is not much parking available as you can only park your beside the road. Also, seat is quite limited but table sharing seems to be a friendly norm there!

I love the ambiance, so Malaysian. The food is great, kopi "o" is very "kaw" - reminds me of my grandma's coffee. The Satay from Malay stall is also delicious, complimenting the kopi o

Traditional Hainanese Kopitiam using charcoal to toast bread with Kaya and thick butter! Muar - a place you have Satay for breakfast!

The Roti Bakar smells good and tested. You should try the coffee and the half cook egg. The sate and the lontong are soo nice.

Dunno why all staff giving poker face, order but they just walk away like didn't hear me but later my order will come. Food and drink was average. All tables put very closely together, didn't follow RMCO SOP.

Gathering place of the great minds of Muar. An old school kopitiam with its own charm and local flavors. This is where you can still find charcoal baked bread (roti bakar), nasi lemak, satay and great coffee and tea. Come by and experience the taste, ambience and fellowship. A must visit in Muar if you’re into nostalgia and history. If you’re looking for intagrammable, look away. However, you can still take picture of the famous TNB office of Muar where Namewee made famous one time when Muar had a blackout circa early 2000 Come visit Kheng Ping and also simile kopitiam where they are slowly becoming dinosaurs.

The kopi is very tasty, half boiled egg and charcoal toast bread served very slow, probably you finish the kopi, the Food you ordered from Malay stall, then the egg and bread just served to you, not very special. Malay stall’s Lontong is the best I have ever tried before, but the Mee Rebus just so so… overall, worth your trip there to enjoy local food 👍

Have to reach here early. Sometime by 9.30am, most of the food have already finished, especially on weekend and public holiday. You can try the roti bakar (the shop still use charcoal to toast the bread), satay, Mee Rebus, Lodeh and etc. Try also the chinese style black coffee or milk coffee. This place is famous among the malay and chinese.

This place has been around for a very long time. The food is good. The lontong, mee rebus, satay were delicious. The coffee was excellent. The half boiled eggs are perfect. Not to forget the charcoal toasted toasts. Sitting is a bit of a problem because this place is a favourite haunt for the locals. As I said... its been here for ages...
