The worst fast food restaurant ive ever been to, perhaps the staff needs to be educated how to work in a fast food restaurant and what fast food service is, messes the order up, plus takes like 30 minutes to prepare the order

Worst service ever. 30/3/2021 around 9pm. The malay girl with specs and yellow tshirt. Too slow and lazyyyyyyyy. Ordered food, she doesnt even care at us and after a while without asking whats our order, she asked us wait 20mins because item is still cooking. She didnt even ask apology for this. Such rude and lazy malay girl. Why shift managers not monitoring them? Shift manager also same?Lazy? I will further this report to HQ. Still not satisfied w the most laziest malay girl. KNNCCB

Someone talking to me while I'm waiting for my order. We talking for so many stuff. He was from JB. He is kinda cute. I keep thinking of him. almost every sunday I will go to Texas Chicken just to see him again but yeah he was not there. But I will go every sunday until I meet him again. I don't know how his face look like because both of us wearing a mask. but I remember his eyes and his voice. I forgot to ask him what was his name because he don't even ask mine and we were busy talking about everything (eventhough just for 8-10min). p/s : currently im working part time at here now HAHAHA. where is my jodoh?

Meals ara all as same in the others outlet. The environments not so - not the same as the others outlet.

Service is good. Person in charge at the counter very helpful. The chicken a bit small compared to KFC but still tasty. Juicy and not too spicy. Also try the korean rice and porridge. Also taste good. The fries is great. Love the size and its crispiness.. can refill water as much as u want. Overall great. Can come again. Next time.
