We had a bad experience of coming all the way from Melaka to catch the opening promotion. We made sure to ask on Facebook if we needed to make an appointment but they insisted for our treatment we only had to walk-in. Before arriving we called again and asked about the appointment and the waiting time - the staff said there were not many patients. After waiting for about 40 minutes they said that the patient before us had an appointment of a detailed scan that would take about an hour. So we decided to cancel and go back home. I think the staff could improve on managing clients' expectation especially in terms of appointments and waiting time.

The counter staff was very helpful and accommodating. She helped to fix an appointment on the same day even though i came without one. The doctor was very soft spoken and very efficient. She tried her best to help when i explained that i need the result urgently. The clinic was also very clean and comfortable

i have came to klinik sofea 3 times. Overall the service was good. the staff very friendly n helpful. Both of the doctor are very good and soft spoken. However, need to complain on how they handle about people who came with an appointmnt. I came for scan at 530 with appointment and only get to see Doc one hour later because have to wait for my turn even some of them before me came without an appointmnet.

facilities are ok, doctors are nice and helpful, environment is comfortable but you have to improve your front staff skills. Few patients but slow service. I came back to ask for a time slip after accompanying my son and it took a long time. after more than 30 minutes of waiting without any response I went back. My advice to your staff is to cut back on chatter and do the job properly.

The clinic is very cosy with good medical facility. The doctor and team are very friendly. The service provided was superb.

I love Klinik Sofea Muar. Doctors and all their staff are very soft spoken and very helpful. I got treatment here start from my early pregnancy until now I already 34 weeks, Dr Afiqah treat me very nice, very details,I love. I also got 2 times treatment with Dr Fairuz, she's also very kind and very helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again here with my twin babies for circumcision InshaAllah.

My husband and I are satisfied with the staff's hospitality and the doctors' explanation, especially Dr Fairuz. Her warm and friendly attitude makes my son love seeing her.
