Good fitness center, very good price, enter the cute gym, it's a family style gym. Everyone knows each other and helps each other. No trainer, sales pressure, want a trainer Contact yourself at the counter. In addition to being a fitness center There is also clean food, chicken breast shakes, and fresh coffee for sale. There are beautiful photo corners. Whoever is interested, come and play together.

The space is a little small but pack with all round equipment. You can have a serious workout here. I love the positive and friendly vibe the most.

Visited for a day pass. Front desk person was nice and let me look first. The upstairs had machines for all major muscle groups and lots of treadmills/cardio machines. There was a patio area upstairs too that was open air. Downstairs had an area for barbell work and another area for functional work. All in all, I would recommend 🙏 (side note: I’m American and can’t speak Thai 🥲 but front desk person spoke English so it was no issue)

Great gym. Fully deservs 5*. Owner is super friendly, people are very nice, great design, clean and most important great equipment. Real lifting gym!!! Good machines, everything you need to do cross fit, bodyweight workout, bodybuilding and olympic/ power lifting. To the owner, you have a really really great gym. Please get a hackenschmidt machine and I become a mamber for life :) Thanks and happy new year!
