Gym

👍👍 I've been a member of this gym and it is worth every penny. When I signed up they had a special where one month was 1200 Baht (roughly $38) for off peak hours, 7AM - 4PM. That's how much I pay in the US so I had no problem paying that in Bangkok. This gym is on the 4th floor of the Bazaar Hotel whi... People often mention good,

Great gym. Large area and the reception guys are very polite and helpful. The price is only 1200 baht for a month of training ( its day time price from morning until 4pm including weekends ) Area for weight lifting and deadlift. Pool is also included and the place is very clean with good shower options ( not much of a sauna but still great)

I've been a member of this gym and it is worth every penny. When I signed up they had a special where one month was 1200 Baht (roughly $38) for off peak hours, 7AM - 4PM. That's how much I pay in the US so I had no problem paying that in Bangkok. This gym is on the 4th floor of the Bazaar Hotel which is beautiful! The gym is much bigger than the pictures makes it seem. The problem I face with gyms in Asia is that they don't have heavy enough weight on the machines or dumbbells but this gym deifnitely does. The dumbbells go up to 80lbs and there are enough plates for you to get a solid workout in (unless you're a powerlifter). The facility is clean, the staff has been nice to me and there aren't many people during off peak hours so I don't deal with waiting for weights at all. The gym membership comes with a pool which is on the same floor that over looks the main road. Nice cozy cabana like lazy chair to relax in and get away from the sun.

only a little busy during peak hours but still not too bad. the biggest issue i have though is the other people there. they often have no idea what they are doing, often stealing the plates to use like a dumbbell. but then of course they grab three different sizes making the barbell useless. great gym, but idiot gym goers. I wish they had make clear rules of conduct.

Pretty average gym, no rowing machine and you have to pay for your water. You'd think that in this day and age there would be a water fountain. Also advertised a sauna which is more of a warm closet to be honest.

A great place to go if you want to be a fitness model for Chinese tourists. They like to take photos of me while I'm doing pull-ups. I just kiss my biceps and smile.

As part of the hotel/hostel I was staying, got to use the gym here Very friendly staff, and a lot of good equipment and machines to get a good workout - a lot of space as well so even if its busy it doesn't feel crowded. The only negative was some of the trainers and clientele didn't look well at all, some of them looked very unwell - perhaps a lot of visitors to the hotel need some fresh air rather than strenuous exercise, and as for the trainers - if they are affiliated with the gym or not - id be picky who id allow to do that on the premises - if they look unhealthy why are they training other people? was funny to see. otherwise all ok...

My favourite drop in gym in BKK. Very well run and always clean. Hardly busy and the equipment is all new. It does lack one or two machines like a seated rower and the dumbbells only go up to 40kgs. It has a beautiful roof top pool, trampolines, low climbing wall, functional fitness area, spacious weight and Cardio section.

    - the gym is very big and spacious full of equipments such as weightlifting platform, and multi station cable. - I think the treadmills and stationary bikes are quite old and low in maintenance, yet, usable. - lots of car park spaces. - the bathrooms and toilets are reasonably clean + there is towel provided for 20baht. + lockers - staff is friendly enough, however, he didn't guide me where everything is located since it was my first time here. So far, I think this gym is very good place to have an intense workout both functional or bodybuilding training and also good enough cardio machines.

Ok gym for the price 200baht for day pass. We used it for gym and spent the day by the pool prior to a train out of Bangkok. Was perfect for what we needed it for. Staff were friendly.

Many Chinese tourists work out here, and you should come and see how they work out 😂 The gym itself is normal.

Good gym located in a hotel but open to public for membership. Large and well equipped, with basic peripheral amenities.

Price is good, the gym is ok. Tourists occasionally use the gym, although not really during off-peak as I've observed. It's interesting to watch people trying out the gym culture. Apart from a sense of unwelcomeness due to the micromanagement directed at members rather than the gym itself. The staff will come up to you to remind you to place your water bottle nearby or not to stray too far from the barbell.
