I joined the Muay Thai Pro Class. Starting with Rope Jumping then Pad Work, Sparring, Clinching and ending with Bag drills (knees & kicks). I recommend to join the class if you have 3+years of MT and competition experience. The coaches are friendly, skilled and motivated. They corrected my technique during pad work. I will come back! And btw the price for the group training was very fair!!

I just came on short notice for the Muay Thai Pro session. Authentic and professional gym. Rope skipping, bag work, pad work and sparring. I really enjoyed the training. Thank you 🙏

Came in for a session off an invite and was thoroughly impressed. If you’re familiar with “Good things come in small packages,” you’re familiar with the feel of M.T.A. No neon signs, no obnoxious banners, no frills; just a den of international fighters of varying levels honing their skills—like any serious gym should be. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and put right in with the rest of the house fighters and students, not baby’d or made to feel like an outsider. The class format is such that you are encouraged to focus on your weaknesses and improve upon them, while the drilling/clinch-work/sparring is phenomenal, with the trainers and manager paying very close attention to form and proper footwork. Will definitely take more classes next time I’m in Bangkok.

I was here when one of the foreign national teams had a sports camp in this place. I work primarily with them, so I can't score local coaches. But anyway, I can highly recommend that place as a gym with great fighters and locals that can help you start your training and provide clean space and equipment. P.S met a lot of professional fighters who constantly go to this gym and are very kind and will help you adapt )

Had my first two sessions today. I must say I really enjoyed it. I’m a beginner and had a really good trainer that was very technical but also quite playful with the pads and light sparring. It seems that everyone here are serious about their training so I was treated as if I was here to train seriously too, which was great (i.e. I was not treated like a tourist). Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly but legit and technical Muay Thai training experience in Bangkok.

Fantastic gym I normally do Muay Thai I came in today to train some kickboxing and it was fastastic they had rope skipping for warm up and some bag work, padwork and sparring this is my first time training in a gym with no air conditioner so I was exhausted at the end of it I love it even tho I can only come once a week I highly recommend this gym especially if you live near it

A very interesting place, a boxing gym with hard-core challenges, suitable for young people to constantly break through themselves, seek martial arts, and restrain themselves to great effect.Keep Fighting 📿💪✊👊
