When
I
stayed
near
MRT
Suthasan
Station,
the
hotel
didn't
have
a
fitness
room,
so
I
looked
for
one
nearby
and
used
it.
Basically,
it
seems
to
be
a
monthly
fee,
but
visitors
can
be
accepted
for
150
baht
a
day
(+100
baht
with
IC
card
deposit).
500
baht
is
commonplace
in
Sukhumvit,
but
it's
a
reasonable
price.
What's
more,
I
was
able
to
come
and
go
as
I
wanted
for
the
day
instead
of
just
once,
so
I
used
it
twice,
once
during
the
day
and
once
in
the
evening
after
work.
When
I
visited
during
the
day,
there
were
two
staff
members,
and
in
the
evening
there
were
three,
and
everyone
was
friendly
and
greeted
me
with
a
smile.
The
store
was
clean
and
mopped
by
cleaning
staff
(probably
on
a
regular
basis).
The
equipment
was
relatively
new
and
well
maintained.
There
were
3
sets
of
dumbbells,
so
I
think
you
can
use
them
without
waiting.
The
second
floor
is
an
aerobic
system
and
the
treadmills
were
full
from
the
evening
onwards.
The
toilet
was
clean
and
there
were
two
shower
rooms,
so
I
changed
clothes
there.
Body
soap
was
provided.
Please
bring
your
own
towels.
The
overall
atmosphere
was
nice
and
the
gym
was
bright,
making
me
want
to
go
again.
