Very Worst Response. I went today(06.07.2018) for my Credit card Contact Details Update request. Office closing time is 4.30pm. I went there by 4.15pm. They are not ready to take up my request. They are Sooooooo negligible & not responding properly. Just chatting with each other & asking me to visit the branch on next working day. Today is Friday & i dont have an office on Saturday. In this case i need to wait for 3 more days even for placing the Contact details update request. I never seen this kind of worst response from any branch or any bank. :( Felt very bad. Thought of closing my Account which I am holding even for 10+ years because of this reason :( :( :(

Very worst experience.. im an account holder of this branch. But the dlf security stupids not even let me in. There is no contact number for this branch. You have to contact to the customer care and you have to wait for 15 mins in the road side to talk to the customer care representative. Icici dlf it park branch staffs.. if you dont want your customers to visit your branch then why the ** you are running a branch there? Im gonna close my account. Thank you very much

I tried to reach your branch today, it was very frustrating to argue with those securities as they were asking any contact name or OTP from your icici side. to allow me inside. the relation ship manager name & number which is given in my account is not reachable. so i came back to my place as i couldn't enter. please have some courtesy over your customers. the number i tried from website also not worked. i would say worst.

I was shocked to see the attitude towards customers by the lady Deputy Branch Manager in ICICI Bank, DLF IT Park, Chennai. The customer was waiting for a long time in front of her and the lady was not even making an eye contact. When the customer asked excuse me, she replied "Wait, let me complete this" impolitely. Is it the way ICICI Bank work? She should have acknowledged to the customer first and ask him/her to wait for few minutes. The ICICI bank should recruit only officers who can politely speak to customers. Also, the customers in DLF Cybercity are not the same crowd as in rural branches or other places. Almost all are professionals with their salary accounts either in banks like ICICI or HDFC. Definitely this would harm the brand image of ICICI.

I do not know how to contact this branch. No contact number no email ID, even visiting this branch is also difficult as it is inside an IT park. Without a pre-approved letter or mail at the gate itself they stop. In case of imergency or some basic information you want to know you have to struggle a lot. if you even contact customercare, there is a robo caller will take the call. Again the call which take enormous effort to contact a person. Even after that, your purpose is not solved. Strange that a person having account in this branch can not visit and stopped at the gate. Comming from far distance finally get disappointed and returned. Neither you get help from customer care nor you can visit branch.

They are helpless - ZERO knowledge about their products and services. I am going to close my account soon.

Worst customer management.. very worst staff.. no courtesy for the customer and only job minded.. for one issue I have been going to the bank for 3 months and yet not resolved.. I dunno why they have opened a branch here because the sole purpose I can see is to destroy the reputation of the ICICI Bank....
