The
hotel
has
many
things
to
improve.
I
know
in
Amsterdam
is
not
generally
hot
and
you
don't
need
AC,
but
it
would
be
nice
to
have
some
solution
for
those
horribly
hot
nights.
The
humidity
was
so
high
that
we
could
not
sleep,
and
the
room
had
no
ventilation.
The
staff
was
not
very
kind
in
general.
I
had
a
problem
with
my
sheets
(I
brought
my
own
ones)
and
they
lost
them
due
to
a
confusion,
but
when
we
told
the
girl
from
the
reception
she
wasn't
very
supportive
about
the
whole
situation,
which
I
consider
a
very
bad
service.
People
are
extremely
kind
there
in
The
Netherlands,
except
this
person,
who
needs
a
class
in
kindness.
I
had
to
told
them
what
to
do
about
the
problem,
because
they
intended
to
do
nothing
about
it.
Breakfast
was
ok
given
all
the
Covid-19
situation.
The
location
is
very
good
(subway
right
around
the
corner),
although
at
night,
if
your
room
faces
the
park
you're
gonna
hear
all
the
young
people
partying
and
drinking
-
very
noisy.
The
hotel
has
been
reformed
and
rooms
are
much
better!!
They
are
clean,
too!
But
mattress
not
good
at
all.
