It seems I’ve written a review on this KFC before, but nevertheless, let this be an update. The wait was too long for fast food: This despite the ordering consoles (only one was operational) and there seems to be a practice that the orders display that they are ready before they are actually ready. There is no more popular chain than KFC, and this brings with it large expectations of quality, speed and service. This KFC delivered only on food quality. It falls short of other KFC outlets in terms of service too in that the customer engagement was minimal. This may be as a result of the large crowd, but one could argue that management should take effective measures to cater for that. The store was clean and there are bathrooms on site.

Although the staff is very friendly and can brighten up your twilight, I felt like the drive through was more like a wait through. It took 20 min to get to the ordering window and there was not a lot of cars in front of me. That’s the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive through. I’d suggest maybe they speed up ordering or prepping and then push the car(s) in front ahead of the collection window so that the ones behind don’t feel they are waiting for long. That’s what the KFC in Milnerton does it and I love it because it works. I should actually give them the review they deserve. I’ll visit here again to update this review. All the best x Ev

Ordered Streetwise Twos and 3 Buckets for our grade 4 classes because of our class parties. Toufeeqah (hope the spelling is correct) was helpful. So too Erifaan and the rest of the staff who did a great job assisting me (as well as the guy who helped me carry the things to the car). Thanks a lot to all of you. We will definitely be back.

We use the drive-thru, it moves quickly, their chicken always tastes freshly cooked.

The service was very poor and they can't even get a simple order right....no garnish on the one burger ended up no garnish on all three burgers...what a waste of time and money while the quality and quantity of there products is dropping drastically. I definitely won't buy there nor recommend anyone to buy there.KFC is becoming an "I don't care facility"

The food needs to be rechecked. Have returned food back a few times and service ouch won't want to start there. Place needs to be audited unannounced to see what we mean.

Arrived at 7.30pm on a Friday night and was told that they don't have any cooked chicken pieces. Waiting time was 30min. I mean really! This was not the first time either. They won't see me again.

Because it is situated close to where we stay we normally go to KFC Capricon. I must say they won't see me soon and i am not the only one. Hereby the reason for what i see as Poor Service: 1) Why do you call it a drive through.....The ladies that at the till cant speak proper English repeating the order upto 3 times so this creates the que to stand. Once order is paid they tell you 5-7 minutes waiting time for your order. 2) (5-7 Minutes) becomes 15-20 minutes when the food arrives chips looks like it was in the sun and its cold. 3) Limited parking due to the fact that the parking is taken up by uber drivers laying in their cars on their phones so where must i park????? 4) Security - Many times there are beggars that will stand by the till windows begging and i saw one grab a cool drink out of a guys hand while in the que so one feel unsafe ...the security they have is very bad. And lastly quality of the food is far from satisfactory...chicken either old, or very oily, zinger wings taste like normal wings, boxmaster hashbrown looks like it was taken and dipped in oil. Seriously guys this is bad don't even ask if it has been reported to the manager because both lack management skills and customer service knowledge.........

Kfc Capricorn are always messing up their order whether you order on Uber eats, KFC online or Mr delivery they just a complete mess around. I am still waiting for my refund on a payment that went off that they banked and the order never went through...sent proof of the payment and nothing was refunded. Now on Mr d they advertise buy 1 get 1 free zinger or colonel burger but they only send 1 burger of each. The manager says it's a problem in the app my thing is KFC is advertising buy 1 get 1 free but they don't supply or make good on their ads. I bought 1 buy 1 get 1 free zinger burger and 1 buy 1 get 1 free colonel burger supposed to get 4 burgers only got 2. No more KFC Capricorn for me thanks.

I placed an order via the self help and card machine instore. I waited 20mins for my 2 x streetwise 2's. Made me late for my 2 sons appointments

You must stop yourself from wanting to eat too fast or your mouth will burn 😃 eat-in really is that fresh and piping hot, its hard to resist! I like the digital order stations when i can find what i want on it, and understand why they are there, because staff can't cope so well when u dont want to order a standard easy "meal" which they only need to click once on their screen for. The noise and client traffic seems to disorient some staff, who then are slightly challenged in finalising and serving your order. Be sure to listen well and watch who is calling your order number, as well as check your package, because same person soma start calling different number or reading number on your slip wrong, and might forget to put salt n sauce in ur 📦. All staff are however very well mannered and helpful. The store and seating area is clean and has beautiful views of the mountains.

Dont have half their menu and wait 15mins to get told they dont have what you ordered

There is something lacking from this KFC, I visited them more than 5times already expecting better but it seem its the same old ,it lack that taste from other KFC chicken I ready don't get it from this one . Hope it will improve
