McDonald's is a beginning however we have to be very careful about their name and their quality control today and my visit to one of the branches in Cape Town only Phase 2 problems and both are related to the quality control I have one Big Mac contain hair not only one it is to hairs and after I show it to the cashier they just replace it also there is another meal contain pieces of hair which is also being changes I like there process to change it fast I will work I don't like the control the cleaners on this the price is very smelly and contain smell like a chemical or something also their food are not clear at all

My daughter wanted a McFleuri and two other stores we went to was just too busy and we ended up here with virtually no customers, only delivery guys collecting. Was advised to use the 3rd auto ordering machine, only ordered 2 mcfleuries and a coffee, card machine did not work so we had to go to the counter. No other customers as mentioned, but it took nearly 20 minutes before we got our order. So the only thing I can say is extremely slow service. The store itself was nice and clean, even the toilets.

I often pop in for a cappuccino as I wait for my Laundry... Mostly slow slow slow service. I once had to wait 30 mins for a cappuccino! The manager told me that the reason was staff changing shifts, as if that was acceptable! You need to get your act together Mc D's.

20 minutes from time of placjng order to receiving in drive-thru, the next time went to order inside, waited half hour for my order!!! Unacceptable, other branches do better. The KFC in Capricorn has almost zero waiting time for their drive-thru even though you'd expect chicken to take longer.

It's well-known, it's quick and it's accessible - right there, that's the recipe for this venue which high numbers of foot traffic and people at the drive through. To speed things up, they (like many others) have implemented the self-order and payment system which could do with a UI clean-up, but at least its functional. The food is typically McDonald's. The service is sharp and there are staff on standby to assist with orders and changes that you would like. Clean bathrooms and in this particular venue, a wonderful afternoon sun which is perfect during winter.

Haven't had McD food in so long that it was refreshing to try again. Food was well prepared and had the signature taste. I wish I could get a bottle of their spicy sauce, which was really tasty.

The service was bad. The lady totally ignored me and proceeded to help the guy behind me first. I then had to wait extra long for my order because it was put through wrong.

Food was good but service was poor and by staff with attitudes, but I am not suprised, it always seems to be the norm. When wanting to order at the counter they told us they don't take orders at the counter and that we must use the self help ordering system. When asked for help on that we were told that they will be there now now, nearly 15 minutes later and still no one.

This is my most frequented McDonald's outlet lately...food is consistently good. Fast service. No issues...they have a play area for kids and toilets are well maintained.

Absolutely shocking customer service and waiting time at their drive thru approx 30min on Saturday 06.01.2024.... Will not be visiting that MacDonalds anytime soon.

This was horrible a 45 minute wait ...with no offer of making up ...not even a simple cone for two ..chips was cold ...the waitress attitude just simply sucked ...atrocious...cold McDonald's not on...

My girlfriend and I went to McDonald's to order Sundaes On a arrival we placed our order on the self help menu kiosk We order 2 Sundaes and selected the seating order option We grew impatient because it was 25min in and we still didn't recieve our order So we asked the cashier what's taking so long She replied that they were too busy and that she will call our number so that we can collect our order So we waited another 5 min Not long after a man(white) order only 1 muffin and to my surprise they weren't too busy to take his muffin to him It raises a question Is the quality of McDonald's service based on our skin colour?? Where certain race groups gets better service than others I suggest removing the seating order option Because the level of incompetence is disgusting......

I went to macD Capricorn park Muizenberg on 11 January 24, around 16h10. Got assistance from their frontline helper, who took my wife to order on their instore digital portal. Erroneously my wife ordered the small cheeseburger, instead of the big Mac, which I wanted to upsize to medium. She was told that she could not upsize the cheeseburger. At that point it would have been helpful if the assistant had asked if she wanted the Big Mac, but continued with the order. During the order, my wife asked that they exclude the sauces and pickles, but leave the rest on. The assistant assumed that we did not want any onions on the burger, and excluded that as well. After 15 minutes, I got the meal, and realised that it was not what I wanted. Inarguably we ordered the wrong burger, but on opening the burger, there were no onions thereon. The only ingredient to a simple roll was a dried out flat "burger" with some cheesemelt. Accompanying that was a small chips, and three quarter coke which tasted like piss. 80% water, the rest cola you buy at Shoprite. All for R39.00. I could just as well have gone and bought me a streetwise two at KFC, 40 meters away. I immediately got up to go ask where the onions were, because I did not exclude it from the meal. Apparently, the slip showed no onions as well. I clearly stipulated that I wanted the onions. The manager and assistant who helped us spoke Xhosa, as if we understand what they are saying, and to me this was an insult, as they were stanced into saying anything bad about me. Staff should address issues in front of customers in English only. Anyhow, a few minutes later, I received a new burger. The manager actually asked if they should simply put onions on the same burger I received, or give me a new burger. I asked her what the protocol on food returns, and she never answered but took the burger away, and replaced it completely. On receiving this burger, the same chips was in the packet. New burger, with onions. Please see picture of the onions given. I could just as well left the request, since MacD staff thought that onions are too expensive. I gave up. Ate the burger and left. I certainly won't be going there again, and looking at their low footflow and sinister client base, they could I'll afford to give clients meals like this. End.
