VERY pleasantly surprised by this place! Was in a mad hurry after the gym, so stopped in and didn't know what to expect. The decor is very charming, and the food options are fantastic! Service was crazy fast and I even got this adorable little iced cookie with my meal! I had the jalapeno chicken salad on a croissant with jalapeno chips. Everything was fresh and light and delicious. Very highly recommend!

Excellent location, excellent customer service. We came here for a quick stop. Chicken Salad Chick is one of my all time favorites. I was greeted by Fanan at the counter. She was super patient with our questions, super friendly and even offered my husband if he wanted to sample one of the flavors. The rest of the staff were also friendly. The food ... AMAZING and delicately prepared. We will be returning to this location often. What a difference in quality, friendliness, cleanliness and taste. 💖💖

Still just great experience after great experience, even with delivery. I haven't eaten much in the past few days due to mental health and poor restaurant experiences so I ordered a hefty amount today- a full Fancy Nancy sandwich on toasted white bread with lettuce and a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. The soup was really hot when I got it, to the point I saw steam and had to blow on it! The sandwich was still a little cold for the salad portion which was perfect. We've learned that the pickles are a no go and have a weird texture, but everything else including the free cookie is wonderful. This has become a personal favorite of mine since Arbys doesn't sell their version of this all year and no soup, it's the perfect lunch time option for something light but filling.

Great place to grab a quick bite container and a side of pasta salad and Mac and cheese. Our favorites are Buffalo Barclay chicken salad and Pam's Parmesan Caesar which is only summer seasonal. Will be sad to see it go. All the hubs eats so visits will be far less than now.

Great spot for lunch. Good value and plenty of food, but not heavy. They have a large selection of different chicken salad recipes. The soup and side items are also really good. The mac and cheese is a good option for picky kids or adults who want to indulge as their side item. Nice spacious seating inside and some good outdoor seating too.

I was so excited when I saw the sign go up for this restaurant! They offer different varieties of chicken salad, soup and pasta salad. It's great for a light lunch at the beach. I especially love that they have a point system on their app that you can use to earn free rewards. Having a drive thru is also a huge plus for those who'd prefer not to go in.

What a great place. Love the food, love the workers! What a great location and choice for a healthy, quick, personable experience. Soooo many options and they are ALL so tasty.

I would give it negative stars if I could. The manager Darlin is horrible. She took my order then other one then like 6 min later another couple came in and ordered. There food came out before mine even after the girl at the counter said to do mine next. I asked for the manager and Darlin comes out after being asked twice she said oh well there is only one person back there. I said well I ordered before them so my food should have come out first. She said oh well we are short staffed as 3 more employees came walking in. I said I wanted a refund and at this point you could tell I was not happy . After taking her sweet time I finally got my refund and left as she is telling me life is to short. Won't be going back there.

If you like Chicken salad, you can’t go wrong here. I order take out ALL the time. The food is always delicious and consistent. Their little sugar cookies are the BEST. I buy them in multipacks. I don’t usually like the iced sugar cookies, so that says a lot! Service is always great!

I did the curbside pick up as usual and it was ready. The staff were friendly, my food was great and my order was correct - this is how it’s been every time I’ve been here and I thought it’s just finally time to give them a review for great and consistent service!!!
