    Just got home from picking up food from this McDonald's on Dale Mabry and I open the bag to find the fries aren't even half way filled. I called the store 4 times and it just rings till a answering service picks up. There was only 3 cars in line so they can't say they were too busy to answer the phone.

    Terrible terrible terrible. Avoid this location at least for afternoons. The people working are rude. This guy curses about customers. He also gets mad if you ask him to help with the kiosks. Employees arguing with each other. Sad. What’s more sad is what happened to employees being kind?

    Sorry, it really doesn't get any worse than this. This is supposed to be Mc Donald? Shame on you, no people but a totally compressed double cheeseburger. And the hammer still comes... chicken nuggets from last year... they were probably kept warm for 6 hours. They were dry wich chips. I complained. The answer was...we just made them fresh. What liars!!! Stay away from this store. You can not find worse!

    Poor service. No one cares and here are some pictures of the food quality. Whats worse is Mcdonalds has been upping their prices but the food quality has rapidly declined. Also in the photos thats a cheeseburger and a "large" fry....

    Tonight I placed an order through the app for pickup, I waited for 15 minutes and went in to claim. They told me they were busy but it was a lie because I was watching what they were doing. I went out and continued waiting for more than 5 minutes and went back in, there was my order in a bag, I told them about the wait and they didn't even apologize. Once in the car my order was not complete, a total disaster, but I no longer had time to continue arguing. The worst thing is that the manager was there and she did absolutely nothing. She practically ignored me. The idea of ​​placing an order earlier is to save time but in that store it was definitely impossible.

    Drive miles to get here- go through drive though and they say they are only taking Uber and door dash. The. Employee just sits there on his phone for 10 mins while I wait for my order. Makes zero sense

    When yesterday August 7th 2022 around 1:30pm, don't bother coming here the staff were talking trash about customers in front of them, myself included. My kids were hungry and we had been out and wanted lunch. This lady who seemed like she was in charge was saying how she didn't understand why as the mother would take my children to McDonald's after church and shouldn't they have their lunch cooked and what wrong with these parents aka as mother. I was insulted A. we were not coming back from church. B. You don't pass judgment if your such a God given women C. Why are you judging me because you don't want to serve the customers who pay to eat there and keep you employed. This lady should be fired for a. Being rude to customers. B. not wanting to serve customers and C. Religious discrimination on me which is illegal and goes against my rights as person. We waited over 10 minutes inside, I asked for sauces the lady serving ignored pointed to the drinks machine where there is no condiments and said get your own I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup it was a to go order. This place needs new management, training, and stop trash talking your customers.

    UPDATE: MS. KEKE IS TRULY THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER THAT YOU WANT AT ALL OF YOUR LOCATIONS. SHE IS ALWAYS SUCH A VIBE AND GOOD ENERGY. TRULY A GEM AND AN ASSET TO YOUR RESTRAUNT. PEOPLE LIKE HER ARE THE REASON PEOPLE KEEP COMING BACK TO YOUR RESTAURANTS. This caspers restaurant is amazing. Gregory the manager been with McDonald's for 16 years. That man deserves a gold metal for customer service and quality of food. Truly was having a horrible day at work and he turn my entire day around. I really wanted some fresh nuggets. The food was perfect. Honestly you don't get this kind of service and level of appreciation anywhere else. This is honesty my new favorite McDonald's. Truly if you are in the area stop by for an amazing quick meal. Truly appreciate you Gregory. Be well and take care everyone. Someone like him deserves a hefty donation and a bank loan to open his own store. If I had millions I'd be right there paying it forward to that man.

    Probably won’t come back here. Never asked what kind of sauce I want with my nuggets. Gave me sauce that I don’t like. When I got my drink it wasn’t right and told them about it the guy got frustrated about it and told me to go park.

    I have worked in so many fast food places and I also do reviews on Fast Food Places and this by far have been the worst I have only been here 2-3 times , Ke-KE , KI-KI which isn't even her real name is very disrespectful, I was at the drive through this morning " she yell who holding up my drive through and even the cashiers look and eyes went wide and it's not what was said but how it was said " as if the customer was a inconvenience. I spend my hard earned money there rathe it's 10-20 dollars customers come first and if you don't have good customer service skills it will never be good . I even called back to the McDonald's and etc and asked who was that and wanted to speak with the manager she stated it was her and she was just trying to see why her drive through was held up I didn't get no apology she was rude and also hung up when I wasn't done talking yet managers like this should not work in a fast food place a detail letter will be sent over to corporate for her at least to get coached or them to do whatever they need to do .

    The food was fine I guess but an employee (female, Hispanic, red hair) and I think an assistant manager (female, thin, Hispanic/mixed, fake lashes, big hoops) were fighting. The assistant manager was yelling at her for nothing telling her not to talk back when the employee was just tryna explain herself - it sounded like the manager was just tryna look for a reason to corner her and overpower her. Sent her home for tryna stand up for herself and was yelling the whole time. Extremely nasty behavior. It's hard to watch someone use the 1% power their job gives them to make people's lives miserable. Nothing the employee did would justify backing her into a corner and getting in her face. On top of this, there was this loud beeping that wouldn't stop (probably bc they were too busy fighting each other to fill everyone's orders) and it was grating to listen to. I couldn't get out of there fast enough the environment was so toxic and hostile and awful. If that employee's reading this, you deserve better. There are so many other food and retail places - ANYTHING would be better than working in an environment like that. Same with eating there - literally a Waffle House in a bad area would be better, and that's saying a lot. I live in a bad area and went to a different McDonald's location thinking it'd be better but I was so wrong. Stay away from there.

    Stopped in for a coffee. Sat in the front of the resturant. The music was very loud ! I asked the mgr; Masko (spelling) to please turn it down. He refused my request and when I asked why, his response was " this happens all the time". I asked why he dosen't correct the problem and he told me to sit someplace else, because I was sitting under a speaker. He was condescending and laughing/loud while responding to me. A fine representative of the McDonald's Corp. What a joke of a mgr! This guy needs to be managing nothing! Amazing how these types are put into leadership positions. No sense of customer service, or respect!

    So when you order from the kiosk and take a number you can have a seat and they bring your food to you right?…not here. I sat there and made eye contact with the girl how completed my order. She just bagged the food and set everything at the counter. They weren’t busy, she took care of there other people before I went up to the counter and she said “there is your food” Awful customer service. This place used to have GREAT service.

    The food was horrible. The cheeseburger was lukewarm and assembled poorly. I'm amazed how prices are going up but the quality of fast food is going down. The fries were also warm not hot. Do better, McDonald's.

    This will be the last time I visit this location. The food was sloppy and incorrect. There was more mayo on the wrapper than in the food, and I asked for pickles... Waited extra long for them to make my sandwich since pickles are not typically on the item I ordered... Then it came with no pickles. 👀 They are slow. The person at the first window always seems to be half asleep. NO one working there ever seems happy. I've been here a few times because it's a more convenient location but I will go to another location or different business altogether from now on.

    “system was down” so they could only take Uber/Doordash orders but not Mobile. Had to sit there for 5 minutes before asking what the system being down means, as we saw cars ahead of us getting orders and assumed it was just a delay, not that we would not be receiving anything and that they wouldn’t refund us. I had already paid through their app, and explained that to the manager, because there is NO way to cancel an order or request a refund from the app and even the FAQs say clearly that contacting the restaurant is the only way to get a refund. He basically waived us off again saying to “try the app”. I have to call my bank and get a chargeback in order to fix this. Do not order through the app, and do not come to this location.

    Word of advise! Have the cashier give you a receipt after purchasing by card or cash. When my order was not complete and i let the employee know, the employee turned around to her boss and the manager jumped in stating i did not order that item without even politely questioning. I gave them the receipt which showed my purchase. They had to have me move aside to make my order item. No apology at all. The few times I've gone to this location, I'm not a fan of their McDonalds costumer service.

    Made a visit today for my grandkid. The help was rude as was the manager. They cheated me on my fries out of spite. This place is like most others except for the unwelcome vibes that permeate from the staff. All because I took pictures. C'est la Vie. Except for the fries and chocolate shake, I've never had much use for Mickey D's. I was a BK guy most of my life. The kind of thing parents hand down to their kids. I like traditional burgers with all the fixins and was not tempted by the 1/4 pounder or the Big Mac. Now I seldom visit either since there are so many better options. For some it's a favorite and they will always love it.

    I went here at around 2:30 pm to order the big chicken nugget and fries bundle. I forgot to ask for 2 other sauce flavors so I went back through the drive-thru line to ask them if I can get the sauces by itself since they already gave me the food. The three ladies here provided amazing service. Stay safe this hurricane season!! I would go to this specific McDonald’s location again because of their kindness.

    I came through there just about 20 minutes ago it is 453 on the 21st of September 2023 I just left there 20 minutes ago before this and I came up there ordered and then had to run back home real quick to grab my debit card cuz I lost left at home when I got back up there reordered and they said just pull ahead cuz I had my order I guess already done from when I was ask for some extra syrup she's already in the bag and also my sausage McGriddle was not in there there's no number for y'all to answer the phone so I can talk to please give me a call back eight one three seven zero six 9134

    Unlike other McDonald's in the area, this location took pride in their meal preparations and kept their drive-thru bags organized. Only want to note that, as a recent worker from another location, please remind them to put salt on the fries even after a customer had previously requested them. This way the requested customer and any new customer gets to enjoy McDonald's fries with or without salt. As for their service, it was exceptional considering their first windows register was down. Came with my two dogs on a hot day to get a quick bite and some water. The woman at the first window had apologized for the inconvenience and even offered our dogs some ice while waiting in the hot car. It's refreshing when the crew can think outside-the-box for their customers as doing so not only inspired me to post this review but to come back around for some ice cream as well. Please keep up the good work and PLEASE give those workers a raise! It's too hot to be dealing with a broken register near the window like that!

    I really like egg McMuffins but every time I go the bread is stale and this time I had eggshells in my egg really gross ! No quality in food or the work. The only thing that matters is just getting the food/service fast. Everything else goes out the window. Very disappointing

    I ordered 3 happy meals for my kids and 2 out of the three came with nothing other than the chicken nuggets in the box, no fries, no apples, no toys no sauce. When I tried to call the store it just said "no response, timed out."

    I don’t know who this guy is I believe it’s the manager who alway has a attitude this use to be one of the best McDonald’s in town till this grumpy guy came along he is just so RUDE and when you try to talk to him he just stays QUIET… he needs to be fired ..this place is losing business because of him .. he is really known there people don’t go there because of him.     They are very loud and they talk and not help customers out. We waited for 5-10 mins waiting for the register person to come back and workers kept passing us and notice we waited. Manager isn’t even working well. They said the Icecream machine wasn’t working but it’s on and they turn it off. Dirty tables isn’tclean and when you eat dine in they don’t give you a tray they give you the bag. Bad place to come but if you wanna hear drama you can from the back to the dinning area since they’re loud. This McDonald’s need to be better

    Arrived at 8:25 pm in the drive through and it took 5 minutes just to get some service. My order wasn’t even fully taken. The worker was yelling at someone and left mid order. They did not come back. I waited for about 5 minutes with no reply. Ended up leaving because it wasn’t worth my time. Also in the time I was left waiting 3 cars that got there after me had their orders taken. Very unprofessional and left me dissatisfied. Usually not one to complain but this was the minor inconvenience that broke the camels back.

    I was harassed by a female member of staff for trying to take my autistic daughter into the men's restroom. She's unable to go by herself, but I was told she has to go into the female restroom by herself. I refused and took her into the bathroom just to have the female manager come into the men's restroom to say she could take her to the female restroom for me. This is in addition to the commonly dirty tables and the soda machines that spurt gross, unknown gunk into your cup when you try tog et a soda, which happened to me on the visit before this one in which I was harassed. I used to bring my daughter here often and had good memories of going here with her, but I don't think I'll be returning. I even tried to complain to the female manager just to be told that it was all fine. I've lodged a formal complaint on their website in addition to this review.

    I asked for a hamburger with extra pickles shredded lettuce extra onions and more pickles and paid for it. Got the regular sandwich didn't go back up so many people in line. But it tasted good. Bathroom was clean.
