Pathetic experince, after wasting 2.5 hours every article we select they say its out of stock and also cant give the pc on display. The staff was roming here and there and not guiding cuatomers, no olace to sit in a that big area atleast have some courage to add sitting olace for kids ir famlies while shopping. After all when we asked for the washroom as my daughters needs to use it the staff told its for staff only not for custimers, so in a 2 story building if you cant have a washroom for customers then close it. And those articles that are out of stock why they are on display wasting users time. Bad behavior and bad management. Sapphire multan

The ultimate place for shopping for all, Specialized in Women and kids. This specific store is spacious and have two floors, Unstiched suiting and home accessories are isplayed at ground floor while pret stock and men's wear display at first floor. The store has lift in it so it's wheelchair accessible. Staff is cooperative. Will recommend the store for excellent shopping experience

They have a big store but no sapphire home in Multan at all.. whole city just has one sapphire.. so disappointed
