Its a nice multiplex cinema.Not very crowded.Only one or two shows are been run by the cinema.There is snack & pixza bar outside cinema.Sound quality of cinema is good

First of all, They have movie brightness at very low, I mean even in pitch black you'll not be comfortable enough to watch. Secondly the sound system is not that good, doesn't even have a good surround sound system. 80% of the sound comes from the front. Chairs are nice and comfortable, Food Variety is good to and is not that expensive. I'll rate 6/10

We were sitting and watching a movie on thier premium class but there was no big difference at all as compare with standard class. No interval break and AC was not working in waiting area and at ticket counter. Hall was also not so chilled but movie Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad was awsome.

The main reason there was that the movies were too old like released a year ago but on the whole the beauty and space of this cinema was good and I liked it.

Everything is perfect Building Environment . One thing which is bad... They show available movies schedule on website, when you booked ticket or go for watch, they canceled day time show most of time... It was not happened once, it was happened most of time.

Dirtiest washrooms ever. No light was on in mens washroom. At the entry you meet a woman who goes through all your personal stuff. When we came back our edibles were lying on the floor that she took while entry. Her behaviour was totally out of this world. It is shame that name of universal cinemas is in jeopardy.

The only Cinema of Multan with some exquisite standards, large screen and peaceful environment and audience.

I think this is the best thing happened to Pakistani film industry ever, it was not just fun to watch but also felt proud. Perfect direction, perfect storyline and above all Fawad and Hamza chemistry mind blowing.. Anyone here waiting for positive review, watch this movie and you will not regret

Good place for enjoying new movies

Very very bad atmosphere. Ac were so slow that watched the whole film in perspiration. No cooling at all. Very bad service. Mtlb exceptionally 👎

I went there more than 5 times and everytime there was this same issue they can not resolve. They can not set the correct focal length of their projector's lens and the movie is kind of blur which causes me a headache.

Nice place, big screen, Huge cinema halls. There are 2 only that I saw. And the screen quality is better than most of the cinemas.

Overall experience regarding picture Quality, large display, air conditioning, seating arrangements, capacity, entrance, can say All is Well BUT the major fault is with the call center agent. They are their for our help. But very poor response and too much misbehaviour on queries about timings and recently playing. Cafeteria is also well. Staff is a little bit rude...... Please pay attention on the staff behaviour.

Had a great experience watching Dr Strange here. Very professional crew. Very reasonable prices of food items. The seats were so comfy even the standard ones👍

The most pathetic cinema, I don't know who has rated them 4...this deserve less then 1... We came to see the match and they had signal problem... Left without watching... Worst experience... Please don't come to this place... Ever....

Their screens are good and sofas are really comfortable. Would recommend to buy the premium seats for a little extra as they're more comfortable. Their sound system isn't quite that good.

Had a great at Universal cinema. Atmosphere is brilliant. Chairs are very comfortable. Tuck shop is very good.

My experience of Universal cinema multan as compared to the Cinestar Multan was not good. The wash rooms of that cinema are very dirty and smelly. But the sound system and the quality of the movie was very good. But if i have to choose one cinema between universal cinema multan and cinestar multan I will choose Cinestar because they have very clean washrooms and their seats are very comfortable that's why I Will choose Cinestar next time.

I ordered mixed popcorn and they gave me all the crushed and tiny popcorn pieces. There was no line for females to buy tickets and I had to call back our driver to buy them. We went to see Maula Jatt which has many voilent and bloody scenes. They had allowed little kids to come to watch that movie which I believe is wrong. There was a family sitting infront of me with a 4/5 year old girl and she started crying at the decapitating seen in the movie.

The cinema hall was fine, quality sound and picture. But the building looks like an abandoned place since most parts are empty.

volume of theatre was pretty loud but they reduced it after the request over all the place is good I request the authorities to place the flush in washroom my khala was pretty mad 😅 but not all can use the seat as it is dirty same issue with me

This place is amazing for movies as the screen is huge but they need to attach subtitles to English dub movies. Also if there is only person sitting in the hall, they still need to keep the hall chill.
