Request owner of this company to look into below issues. And teach your staff to answer every call of the customer.Calling and messaging since from a month and still they are not receiving calls.Very fraud and fake company. CUSTOMER CARE is not receiving any calls and replying any messages. I totally lost my Rs.65000 . If you are not able to provide services then refund my money. There is no such building or location. Refund my money back.

Even a single star is too much for this rubbish club. They are the thieves that lure you promising so many things and then don't even bother responding to once they take your money. I would not suggest even my enemy to take their membership. Mr. Atul Suryawanshi, Mr. Keval and Mr. Vishal were the person who pitched us the package. They spoke properly till we transferred the amount. From the very next day they are not even receiving call. Very unprofessional behaviour, very bad experience. If the management has even little decency, they would take sever action on these people and give us services we are entitled to.

I have paid them rs. 65000 on 17/04/2022 for a package in a year i can book any hotel for 7 days in the india any where for 2 person for 3 years + 1 year = total 4 years. In that i get breakfast and dinner free and i also get complimentary gym, 2 dinner buffet, movie ticket and etc but when i say them i want to join gym they say me that wait we will give you member ship of that but after 2 -3 week gone they say me that i have to wait for the month but then also nothing happen. I have also say them i want to book a hotel in manali on june but then also they say me that we send you hotel detail nothing happen and after some time i tried to call them phone are switch off . When i have whatsapp them they doest repying they are using whatsapp now also but they doesnt giving any reply i get stuck please help me i want my refund.Both are giving fake Hopes to the cutomers. #Fraud and Fake

Extremely fraud. They had visited Gujarat to increase their member base. Showed us the offers like movies holiday etc etc, and then got to know that membership will activate in 15 days. After that, tried to book two movie tickets in April. They told me to pay for tickets and they will google pay me within 2'-3 working days. And then he transferred half of amount. This is their working model. First two months they told that due to corona, all gyms are closed in Maharashtra. i told them that I am from Gujarat then why cant our gym be started. They were clueless and in the end told that all gyms are linked... Ridiculous. Beware New users dont fall into their trap!!!

Fake company. At the time of taking membership they give an assurance by giving writing on bond paper but it is fake they don't respond to your requirement they do not fulfill their comments so it is better to stay away from this fraud company. Company is really useless.

FAKE COMPANY NOT GIVIEN ANY PACKAGE TO US. CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SWITCH OFF THEIR MOB. THE EXECATIVE SHAHIN MAM WHO GIVEN ME PACKAGE TELLING THAT THEY ARE QUIET JOB OF THIS COMPANY. I LOST MY 28000 MONEY NOT REFUDDING MY MONEY.

This company is one of the fraud company . This company is trap . Need to take action against them I lost my money phone number is not showing not valid. We have to file case against this type of company
