Health Care Diagnostic PATHETIC SERVICE We had an appointment at 8.30 for annual checkup they took almost 3 hrs. 2 hours is normal but we wasted 1 more hour just because of there poor management. The Sonography Doctor was not available they didn't even bothered to inform us prior. The 2d echo Dr came around 10.45. We had to wait for her around 45 minutes. They don't even have proper changing rooms and this is not barrable. I'm routine test like ECG, and Blood test we wasted our 3hrs. Management is really really poor. When we entered they asked for IDs we submitted then they told us to wait for sometime and the staff is gone for Tea and breakfast and we have to wait for them. Staff is not trained they didn't even know how to talk. I won't suggest this place.This place is not good for Corporate Tieups. When we said we haven't received any call from there side then the staff started arguing that they had called from Mobile number blh blh. Then we check the call that we received is from unknown number registered on some random guy on Truecaller. If you are calling someone at list call from your registered landline and call at list twice . But what they did is they called once and not even a proper full ring. Just In 6 rings they disconnected. Even they didn't informed us that 2d ecuo doctor will come after 10.30. it's just that we heard when they are talking internally. They need to improve their services if they wants corporate Tieups.

Today I have visited this centre for Medical checkup. It was a great experience with all of them, They are very supportive and polite and well mannered. And Chanda Madam was exceptional and outstandingly done her ECG process, She was shockingly done very fast...It was very great.. So thank u all of, Great day ahead..

Very good service..accurate reports very kind Dr & staff

Today i visited its shimpoli branch for my mom (cldnt find that branch so posting the review here).In any centre there is a tray in washroom where they ask to leave urine sample, here they asked my 80yr old mom to pick the sample from washroom to their room, label it and also to put in one plastic bag as they dnt want to touch it.They dnt even give gloves or sumthing.Ideally it is their job to wear gloves and.collect from washroom.Upon telling them that their s,answer is,its this system here , you get it done from elsewhere.

Since I went on a Saturday there was lot of waiting for the tests.. medical consultation was not very helpful as they did not discuss about the reports or suggest anything related to my medical condition.. except for these 2 points, overall experience was satisfactory

Very poor service. Doesn't meet the appointment time also. Waiting of more than an hour for basic sonography test.

Health care is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All are with smiling face. Service is very good.

No proper management at all, it took me more than 4 hours for just few tests. Feels like a government hospital. Pathetic experience.
