3rd class hospital took operated on a patient who was unconscious money making hospital no professional drs... Never ever go

Not so good hospital, staff and doctors are also not good.

I was admitted to the hospital for tuberculosis diagnosis and as now I am getting discharged I am happy with the treatment given by the staff and doctors there. I was given a good spacious room with all possible facilities. The doctors and staff took good care of my health which helped me recover faster

Worst experience I had and I am still facing these hospital people. They just loot the customer. Once they come to know that u have insurance then they will charge u for all non sense things. Their charges vary if u have insurance. After my in law got discharge i came to know that For cashless they have different rates and for reimbursement they have different rates for without insurance they have different rates. When he was hospitalized i has asked what are ur charges for icu ward and other wards. That time they did not inform about these varieties of flavour which they have when it comes to charging customer. Simple words they are here to just loot u. I would request people to stay away from this hospital, especially who has insurance. Because where u r bill should be around 20k they will make sure they take it to 80k. So humble request to everyone stay away from this hospital

Recently my close one had to be admitted to this hospital unfortunately they didn't had the required treatment facility thus sugessted us to shift to Zen Hospital which cost us lots of valuable time and we lost our dear One. Just hope they upgrade thier Facilities they can avoid such Inconvenience to the Patients.

Local staff has rude attitude

Dr Das is a good Surgeon and a good human being.

This hospital is looting ICCU patients. Treatment is also not satisfactory. They want the patient to continue in ICCU as a result more money from patients are squeezed. Worst treatment. The Nurse in night shift in their ICCU is very harsh, very rough in treating the patients, lacks common sense. She shouts at patient.

My mother in law was admitted in Dr. Das hospital. She came here with viral fever.she recovered very early. The care provided by the hospital staff was very excellent.All the hospital staff was very very good.Hospital service is very good, RMO,Nurses and all other staff is very polite and caring, all service is very good. Worst Hospital. Its a money Making firm. Please don't take risk by admitting your friends and relatives here.

I had kidney stone and was in my worst condition I had severe back pain and i had a bend posture and couldn't stand up. I took my treatment in Dr. Das hospital under Dr. Debashish Das and my operation for urothroscopy was performed by Dr. Santosh Palkar. The hospital has good nursing staff and they have magnificent and skilled doctors the OPD doctors are very regular in their checkups. Commutation to the hospital is convenient and is very close to chembur station. The hospital has clean and healthy environment. The operation machinery are fabulous and they have machinery for ECG, dialysis, X-ray and sonography etc. The hospital also has facility for daily health checkups incase of emergencies when doctors are not available outdoors. Personally I have been a patient of the hospital and they are very humble and caring staff. Thankyou

Good dr. But unlike a good hospital, this is a private one and my fear is the accounting team is not that good. They charged me Rs. 500 for photocopies apparently and courier. For patients who come in cashless, i am a little disappointed. The insurance company had specifically written what not to deduct from the patient and after a month, the accounts team has not yet shared the invoice on wrong deductions.

The hospital is the best I've visited in Chembur by far. The staff are amazing, very professional and helpful at all levels. The hospital is very clean, hygienic and has almost all facilities that any patient would need. However, the main factor that won me over was the excellent customer service at all levels to help anyone in the hospital. They are ready to go the extra mile which makes all the difference. Hats off to a brilliant set of people!!!

Visited this facility for extraction of my child’s dermoid. It’s has been wonderful experience dealing with the team of expertise here. Our consultation and surgeon Dr Vidyashankar has once again proven to be one of the best doctor in his area of expertise. I thank him and the faculty for taking ultimate care of my son during and after surgery process. In addition to the service, the facility cleanliness and hygiene is remarkable.

Best part of all is the way hospital staff treats all the patients with courtesy and respect. Nurses are always smiling and always ready to ease any discomfort. Doctors are well qualified and has a great strong hold in their respective domain. Cashless insurance facility is available. Just have to mention the TPA and send Aadhar card, pan card and e-card of the insurance provider to their email.

Every single staff right from the ward boy, nurses to the doctors are so hospitable and makes you feel at ease right from the word go. Ever ready to help you with a smile on their faces. I had been taken care very nicely by all the supporting staff. Nurses are very active, they come and check the status frequently. The ward boys and the other staffs are also very impromptu, they maintain the proper cleanliness and provide all the required things as per patient demand. Overall it was good experience there also recovered fastly as I thought.

Dr. Das Hospital is specialised for all medical services. Specialised doctors do visit the hospital for OPD and IPD patients. The staff is cooperative and supportive with all services. The condition of patient was not good before coming to the hospital, but with treatment gradual changes have been seen and finally discharged with better health.

I am very much thankful to dr das for a successful appendix surgery of my 11years daughter. I was struggling from last 3 months for my daughter health issues which can't be diagnosed by any of the expert doctors. After showing dr das for first visit he said its appendicitis and confirm by ct scan. Next day done surgery. Im a very sensitive person n im in stress for my daughter he is the person who support with his positive words, and great treatment for my daughter. Das Hospital is not fot Maternity. So don't go there. As the same statement passed by their receptionist. And first thing, before start conversation. They first ask.. from where you come from. If you say and they found you're from any slum area. They will deny you for treatment. Bad and poor experience.

Dr Das and some of the other senior doctors are dependable and possess high integrity. Not one to mince words, Dr Das is upfront and honest about his diagnosis. The only downside is the attention to hygiene....could do much better.

I got admitted to the Das Hospital on 13th January 5:50 pm with severe stomach pain. As soon as I reached the hospital,the RMO and the team attended me and noted all my problems. Immediately they administered me the right medicines according to the instructions of dear Das doctor. With in one hour I got relief from the severe pain. After a series of tests I got operated by the blessed and skilled hands of Dr Das.For me and my family dr Das and his team right from the ward attendant to the sisters and the senior most doctors,they really turned out to be a blessing and great relief in our difficult times.
