    Extremely poor service. The staff is most of the time confused and aren't clear amongst themselves as to what's to be done how. Instead of helping the customer out they instead leave them harassed and confused.

    Worst service ever!!!!! Can’t begin to tell you’ll how incompetent the staff at this branch is! The bank is supposed to open at 9.30 but no sign of anyone till 10.15. Even though I was at the branch the girl at the β€˜May I help you β€˜ desk made me call the toll free customer service to have my queries answered. After having waited for so long and frustrated I demanded to speak to the manager who had suddenly gone for a meeting and no one knew where he was. I was asked to wait for the operations manager who also didn’t show up! I had to finally leave without having my work done!!!!!!!!!

    HDFC in general has terrible customer service. There is no one point of contact. You cannot reach a customer service agent over call. It's better you take down someone's number from the branch. Branch folks are helpful.

    Very bad service. Wish I could rating in negative. They penalized me for late EMI charges despite my paying emi on date. They always keep nibbing at your account balance little by little. Want to close my bank account

    Such a pathetic customer service. I was there to deposit money in my account before I was flying abroad. And the girl behind the counter was very rude and asking me questions as if I was a thief. Lady, look at my account balance first before asking stupid questions.

    One of the worst service especially with the credit card department here. There is only one person(Alok) who deals with such queries and he is not available in office most of the times. If you try calling he never answers calls, so you have visit the branch every time you are following up on your case. And at the end they provide you with incorrect information and all your effort is in vain.

    Good branch. A bit crowded. Staffs are helpful and professional. I've not explored most of the services like cash deposit, withdrawal etc. However, as much I experienced the branch is very good.

    For a simple RTGS I had to ask 2 different people who had no clue were and what to write and minimum limit for RTGS. Staff is poorly infomed and knowledgeable about products. HDFC bank cannot have substandard service any were. This happened in Hiranandani Powai branch @ 1130am 7th Oct 2021.

    Last afternoon, I travelled a lot of 5kms in Powai traffic to deposit cash, when I reached the counter after formalities it was 3:35PM, and the guy at counter told they are closed after 3:30PM, I know rules wont let u, and it may not really be possible but for a customer who has come all the way and who missed by just few minutes we can sometimes be little reflexible otherwise, why should he use HDFC instead of finding another closest bank.

    We live in 2023, why do I have to fill physical form for every thing. And, why does this branch take 30mins to get a form printed. Everything thing needs 1 week to process. Will close my account soon. The overall branch employees want to just chill like it’s a government office.

    Very bad service. Customer service is never available. 61606161 number is of really no use. When you desperately need help no one in HDFC bank is available ,just that useless ringtome is ringing and seems HDFC call centre is busiest number never ever avaiable . I had many times written this complaint but no use. Please shut down this number we customers need services which are helpful. Not for namesake . Pathetic bank

    Not so good experience by some staff. as some of then says that they are too busy and you need to check yourself. And for any query the very diplomatic answer call the customer care as they will help you in much details. Some of the staff is very helpful and will go beyond their R&R and full their responsibility.

    Good experience with saiye...name may be wrong ...but as i expected he worked like that .. account migrate nri account to Indian residence account..other staff are well supportive and very few banks staff work like that... really recommend to visit if you looking for opening bank account

    I have been getting emails from HDFC with bank details for a different account holder. The first name is same as mine but the surname and account details are different. This is violation of privacy for me and the other account holder. Also, are my bank account details likely to reach another person??????? Have raised this with the bank in past with absolutely no action!!!!! VERY IRRITATED AND DISAPPOINTED

    The most pathetic branch I've ever seen. Despite living in today's era they need a physical form for everything- without it being mentioned in the mails HDFC sends you. There were 2 really pathetic folks Sneha Shenoy and one of her juniors handling forex cards who were extremely slow folks. They will tell you get a doc- give printout which will take an hour to get printed and then ask for second one. Wonder don't they have enough common sense to ask for all documents in one go so that it can be printed in one go? They behave like they are some college interns with absolute lack of common sense on how to treat customers and how to hand over cards, despite being such senior folks. They try to show off as if they are doing you a favor by giving you bank cards (WTH!!!). And, this branch takes an hour to get a form printed. Everything thing needs minimum 1 week to process. The overall branch employees want to just chill like it’s a government office with nobody bothered to serve you or bother about customer satisfaction. I've right away withdrawn my credit and forex card and will go for some other bank which knows how to treat its clients well BEWARE of transacting with this branch!!!!

This branch used to be good but the new management and staff is horrible. They made me wait for hours while they are on phone or breaks.Really this is shining India or lazy India.     Visited here to get my address updated. Spoke to the lady at customer service desk. Filled up a form for the same and it was marked as urgent by the humble lady. Address verification was done within few days but the account was not updated. This was since they were not able to contact me on my cell. I visited the branch and asked them to fast-forward the further process. Also spoke to another representative of the bank over phone for the same. He assured that update will be done on priority. Will update this comment once the account is updated with current address.
