Working as a consultant with Pranav Constructions Pvt. Ltd from last 2 years. Its really amazing corporate place I've ever been. The location enable me the sky glazing view, serenity with silence for the ease of work. Well, sometimes you can hold a coffee mug and do the importance discuss with colleagues in canopy.

This corporate tower is well structured but the drawback is that being a private property parking is not free. You have to pay a hefty amount no matter if you own a two/four wheeler it’s also for the employees who work in this corporate offices. Talking about the best part is it’s well connected from highway and railway station.

The architecture is beautiful and offers the full benefits of a luxurious life. This project has a well-equipped gymnasium with a clubhouse. Nice and decent place to live. Completely safe and no issues regarding power or water supply as the management takes well care and take action instantly. The transport facility is excellent. There are many well-maintained parks and roads are also good. It is a perfect residential place for working people as there is no issue coming late to home because of the high safety measures in the area.

Nice corporate and recreational center in the tight vicinity of Goregaon West. Visited The Stadium Bar on a weekday. Crowd and ambiance was superb. DJ plays Bollywood numbers in between the sessions, urged visitors to hit the dance floor. Overall Great place to hangout with friends.

It's a commercial space with good ambiance for corporate offices. It also provides spaces for successful and amazing companies like red chilles entertainment. Coming to the topic of connectivity it is quite close to Goregaon station (10 - 15 minutes walking distance) or sharing auto rickshaws are also available (5 - 7 minutes) for 10/- rs. Local train to andheri is easily and very often available, the atvm machine is right beside the platform for immediate booking as well. Please refer : 1) m - indicator for local train timings/ schedules. 2) UTS app for local train bookings. That's all guys for now!

Nothing specific to mention apart from the fact the internal canteen on 13th floor is overpriced.

DLH park management is not good enough to maintain this place. Lift service is very bad. Taking lots of time. People are not aware of the lift status till it arrives. They can keep floor wise lift for quick access. Staircases are very dirty. Lots of spitting pan masala, cigarettes and garbage spread on steps. Parking is also dirty and bikes are not parked properly. Everything is poorly managed which should not accept in the Goregaon area where lots of big companies are there

The building is situated in the middle of Malad and Goregaon. Has one canteen on the 13th floor. Lemon tea is superb! Veg, jain and non-vegetarian options are available.
