my
recent
stay
at
Rioca
Posto

Hotel,
I
was
disheartened
to
find
a
considerable
decline
in
the
overall
quality
compared
to
my
positive
experience
in
2022.
Although
the
reception
staff
continued
to
be
friendly
and
professional,
my
interactions
with
the
cleaning
manager,
Andrea,
marred
the
stay.
Her
consistently
dismissive
and
seemingly
hostile
demeanor
created
an
unwelcoming
atmosphere
for
my
family.
As
she’s
also
very
rude
with
a
10
years
old
kid!
From
day
one,
there
were
noticeable
issues
that
persisted
throughout
my
stay.
Despite
informing
the
staff
about
a
spider
web
in
my
room
upon
check-in,
the
room
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
green
carpet
in
the
middle
of
the
room
was
not
only
visibly
dirty
but
also
covered
in
hair.
The
floor
appeared
neglected,
scattered
with
tiny
objects
that
seemed
to
have
been
overlooked
during
the
cleaning
process.
The
curtains
were
broken
on
the
right
side,
and
the
smart
table
on
the
side
was
non-functional,
adding
to
the
list
of
disappointments.
Despite
raising
concerns
about
the
cleaning
service,
my
complaint
was
met
with
disbelief
and
an
attempt
to
undermine
our
credibility.
It
was
disheartening
to
experience
such
a
stark
contrast
to
my
previous
positive
encounter
with
the
hotel.
Regrettably,
my
parents,
whom
I
had
recommended
the
hotel
to,
shared
in
my
disappointment,
as
this
stay
failed
to
live
up
to
the
standards
set
during
my
initial
visit.
