Brutally taken out of my sleep Nice place, but since I had been brutally taken out of my sleep at 9.00 in the morning (26.11.) by cleaning staff who knocked on my door penetrantly for no reason as well as not having received any response on my Email about the matter, I can not recommend this place. Whatever, my sleeping in, the whole purpose of this stay was annihilated by useless and senseless actions by staff. Front desk did not know why this happened. They offered me breakfast for compensation but I declined, I am not having breakfasts. I asked them what else they could do and they had no idea what to respond. No reaction to my question. So I had two very annoying problems. First I had a rough wakeup. Second, staff could not handle it. It is a pity because I like your place, but not the waking up.

Very spacious room, good beds & roomy and tidy bathroom. Clean well outfitted for a couple of days as well as just for one night. Location is fantastic given the public transportation options just accross the street (Obersendling U-Bahn and Siemenswerk S Bahn). Staff is friendly and helpful. Good social vibe with other guests. Breakfast is freshly made and coffee is good.

it is super warm in the room. the hotel marked itself on booking with air conditioning, which was not working properly the whole time. Even after a room change, the new room on the other side of the hallway is still super warm … cannot sleep at night… at the end I booked another hotel for 2 night to have proper rest before I need to leave Munich. Staff there also seem quite overwhelmed most of the time, waiting time for check in or inquiry to the reception took long..

Great feeling to be here. You will sense the warm Brazilian culture and vibes. Very new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is small but very good quality and all I need. Now, it’s one of my favorites in the area. Train station is just a minute away and will take you to city center in 15 minutes or to the mountains in 40 minutes. Kids friendly and pets friendly.

A Brazilian themed, modern hotel which has everything you need when doing a trip to Munich. Location is walking distance to Siemenswerke S-bahn (only few stops to center) and supermarkets are nearby. Rooms are well designed, have useful amenities (fully equipped kitchen / wireless phone charger) and are clean. Service is very friendly and try to accommodate your requests.

The hotel is cosy and charming. My daughter felt at home as she was given some games and colouring material. Breakfast is a show. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the cakes are a real treat. The chef Amanda is talented and attentive.

An amazing hotel! New, tidy, stylish and very cozy. I've had a room, more like a studio apartment, with comfy bed, big tv, a nice little kitchen area with dishwasher (salt, pepper and oil would have been nice though), very fancy bathroom and even a corner booth and hammock chair. The staff is really friendly, speaking English and therefore highlining the brazil vibe. Cozy lounge to hang out with free coffe and tea for hotel guests. Enough parking spots available + 4 charging stations. From now on my go to hotel in Munich.

Room was lovely, had everything we needed. Location was excellent. It’s only a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed for one night Aug 14, 2023. Right away upon check-in they were so friendly and welcoming especially to my children. They had two children’s bags with some toys. An excellent nights sleep with the most comfortable beds and duvets. Very clean and impeccable service. The breakfast was incredible and coffee and tea available complementary all day. Beautiful decor in quiet area of Munich close to Issa for a swim.

Hotel is renovated and the design within the hotel is modern and cool. Employees are very nice and are open to help you with checking in early or watching over your bags. Within the neighbourhood is not much to do. A lot of buildings are being renovated, not many facilities. Metro is nearby

A great value for money hotel. Good size room with area for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and in basement dedicated area for laundry and iron. A compact gym with all main machines. Great location near S-bahn and U- line metro. Calm, quiet and safe area. I stayed for over 40 nights and plan to go again to same hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and worth the visit. The best employee is Alessandra. She was really helpful with our requests. The breakfast is beautiful and it has halal items, and the area is beautiful and quiet. There is a walkway in the side of the hotel for cycling and walking, and there is Brazilian food

I loved this hotel I loved the food and I loved the staff. The rooms were great the people were friendly special thanks to Anna at the front desk it was such a pleasure conversing with her if I come back to Munich I will stay here again.

Spend three nights in Rioca in July 2023. The location is perfect - 10-12 minutes from the city downtown with public transport. The area is calm and quiet. You can enjoy a caipirinha on the tables in front of the hotel (recommended), grocery stores are nearby if you need anything. The room is an example of how everything you need can be fitted - fridge, oven, coffee maker, cutlery, etc. You can listen to your favourite music through Bluetooth speakers in the room or even in the bathroom. In the lobby you can find special places for work - very convenient. And the wi-fi is really good! The breakfast is nice and you can try some typical Brazilian food too. I recommend visiting the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. Service is nice, everyone is very polite. Overall - highly recommended modern hotel for people on the go.

Super nice and clean hotel. At a good location. Right next to a train station and buss next to the hotel. Love the hotel's theme. Awesome breakfast. Very sweet employees. The decor was amazing. Nice bar area. They also have a laundry room that's decently priced. The rooms are super nice. It's worth the money if you are ever in Munich. Me and my fiance had a lovely time and definitely going back! ☺️

One of the best affordable hotels I've been to. The room is very modern with a smart TV, built in wireless charger and speaker in the bedside table, well equipped kitchen, and colorful LED lights behind the bed. The perfect stay honestly.

Love the hotel, amazing how they have packed so many features in a small room. Ample spaces to store your stuff, the kitchen is fully functional, there is even a Bluetooth table speaker - oh my god, these guys have just cracked the space problem with high degrees of innovation

It’s a good business hotel with all the required amenities in the room like a small kitchenette well equipped with a small dishwasher as well as a hot plate and a chimney. They have lifts and self check-in facilities and also parking space. The staff is really polite and helpful and even helped us with an early check in request. The subway or the metro train is at a walking distance from the hotel.

The service was terrible. Cleaning every 3 days, only one towel. You have to pay if you want an extra towel. Plus if you wash clothes the upstairs front desk starts the cycle. So if she leaves for an hour without telling you, you are stuck with wet clothes. Avoid this place.

The hotel and rooms are nicely decorated with style, but the air conditioning keeps failing. Parking in the garage is very expensive. When I complained at the reception in the evening, I was treated coldly by the young woman, that's not how you treat your guests. Service looks different to me. The breakfast is excellent, the location of the hotel is close to the city.

During my recent stay at Rioca Posto 3 Hotel, I was disheartened to find a considerable decline in the overall quality compared to my positive experience in 2022. Although the reception staff continued to be friendly and professional, my interactions with the cleaning manager, Andrea, marred the stay. Her consistently dismissive and seemingly hostile demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere for my family. As she’s also very rude with a 10 years old kid! From day one, there were noticeable issues that persisted throughout my stay. Despite informing the staff about a spider web in my room upon check-in, the room was far from satisfactory. The green carpet in the middle of the room was not only visibly dirty but also covered in hair. The floor appeared neglected, scattered with tiny objects that seemed to have been overlooked during the cleaning process. The curtains were broken on the right side, and the smart table on the side was non-functional, adding to the list of disappointments. Despite raising concerns about the cleaning service, my complaint was met with disbelief and an attempt to undermine our credibility. It was disheartening to experience such a stark contrast to my previous positive encounter with the hotel. Regrettably, my parents, whom I had recommended the hotel to, shared in my disappointment, as this stay failed to live up to the standards set during my initial visit. Lastly, a big thanks to the reception staff, Camila, Pedro, Natalia, Katarina, and Luisa. Sorry if I forgot any name but you guys are great!
