What a disappointment, I tell ya! We went to this Italian ice cream joint in Munich, and the whole experience was a real disaster, capisce? The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and didn't even let us taste their gelato flavors. I mean, where do they think they are, not in Italy, that's for sure! Oh, and let me tell you one more thing that really boils my spaghetti! Not only were they rude, but they downright disrespected my mama! I mean, come on, that's crossing the line, amico! We were four people, looking to enjoy some gelato, and they treated us like we were gum under their shoe. But when they disrespected my mama, that was the final straw. Customer service, my friends, it's all about respect, and these folks at that gelato joint clearly have no idea about that. We're never setting foot in that place again, and I strongly advise anyone with even a hint of respect for their mama to stay far away. There are plenty of other gelato spots in Munich with better service and just as tasty gelato. So, do yourself a favor, and steer clear of this place!

I was about to sit down after buying an ice cream to wait for my partner who also was going to buy one. I was kicked out with them saying the tables were not for takeaway. The takeaway was an ice cream wth. It's what they sell. I was then completely ignored when I protested. Very unfriendly staff, ice cream far to sweet, and they only accept cash; avoid this place.

The lady working the ice cream counter was completely RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL. We asked for ONE taste of a flavor and she acted like we had robbed her of all the ice cream. We proceeded to PAY for 2 ice cream cones and she still acted annoyed that we asked for a taste. We returned the next night as this shop is close to our hotel, and there were new flavors. We asked for ONE taste again and the same lady was working the counter and said NO! If we paid for 2 ice cream cones after we got a tiny little taste, does that not cover the taste tester?? I’m sorry we ruined your night lady, we will not return anymore. There are plenty more ice cream shops nearby that won’t be upset if you ask for ONE TASTE. Take your money to a better ice cream parlor!!! Bye bye.

Cool place, delicious desserts, mostly a dessert and coffee place. Giving 4 starts because its a cash only.

This tiny little café offers amazing and tasty Italian Ice-cream, you can sit in and enjoy a coffee, milkshake, or one of the bigger ice-cream cups, or take away your italian gelatti, as you wish. The selection of different tastes is enormous and this little café is not as overpriced as other famous gelatteriae in Munich. Be ready to bring some time for queuing up, especially on a sunny day. Read a couple of negative comments here, which I simply cannot share, especially about the mood of the staff. Can only imagine staff being a little bit stressed, but even a stressed Italian waiter will smile at you if you greet him with a true and friendly: buon giorno. Grazie mille. Tuto bene. Ciao.
