Best credits to the saleslady Ayse in this Douglas. I was asking for suggestions for choosing a suitable YSL lip gloss for myself, and Ayse spoke very good English and spent a lot of time on explaining, trying on her arms and choosing the best one at the end for me. I am truly impressed and really appreciated her helpfulness and kindness!! She is so sweet and nice!!

So today I spend 94€ for 2 perfumes in Douglas ( Pasing Arcaden )! Man who was a cashier there was very hmmm lazzzzy and mad that I come When he finally ask me if I want some bag for this he told me it cost 30cent per bag (Ok fine but he should tell me That before ) then I ask him if I can please to pack this like a present 🎁 and hmmm well then he told me hmm I don’t know because we have 10 min to close In shop was only me and 1 lady ( they pack for her something for 20€ !!!! ) and it was so difficult to pack something for me too !!! 3 people behind the counter So disappointed So disrespectful for a girl because I’m not wearing a Dior Bag ??? Well to be honest I’m thinking to return this tomorrow and saying why I’m doing that Seriously I was feeling like a intruder!!! Very disappointed really Sometimes you have very good promotions but I would prefer to pay more and feel that someone respect Me !! Ps. I finished my work earlier to go to the Douglas some people have to work from 6-20 and on the end of my day some man treated me Like a shi…… ! Thank you ! You made my day No regards Magdalena !
