Really bad service, the worst hairdresser experience I had in my life. The guy cut my hair much shorter than I wanted, and still now I cannot like my self at all. It will take months to have them back at the height I wanted. Expensive for a terrible cut. I'm from Italy so maybe I am used to high stylish standard, this place is far away from being professional. Will remember for ever this disaster happened to my head.

Hair cut was Good and coloring was ok. Cons- They told me that my bill was 119 Euros but I noticed they deducted 198 Euros from my account. I did my haircut +coloring +Eybrowtrim. I feel it's pretty expensive. They don't speak in English and I don't speak in German much either so kinda language barrier. I will not go to this salon anymore. Though they did a ok job I expect morale. Please be aware about the billing. Ask for the receipt and get clarification about the service breakup. I did not do thatsmy mistake.

As always, I'm satisfied, nice people who know their stuff. Prices are great too. Will come again and again. Clearly recommended.

Very nice salon, great haircut. I am very critical and actually never satisfied after visiting the hairdresser. I like to cut again myself, wash and blow-dry. But here I am more than satisfied with the result. I leave the salon with a hairstyle that suits me. So far everything has been tip-top.

My 17 year old daughter wanted to have her bangs cut. The result is just terrible and looks like it's just cut off from ear to ear, like a mat with no transition. Before that she had very beautiful hair that almost reached her waist. 0 stars. You should definitely try harder, as hair doesn't grow back in a few days.

Very nice and competent team, I got an appointment quickly and went home satisfied after visiting the hairdresser for the first time in a long time! Very well priced and very nice advice. The only small drawback is that the employees sometimes speak in their native language and I was personally unsettled by this.

Hair from the previous one was still on the seat. I had a photo with me and in the end the result looked nothing like the photo. There is zero transition between stages and I had more hair cut away as previously discussed.

My 6 year old son had an appointment at Moda Capelli today. After waiting for over 40 minutes (a long time for a 6-year-old), during which other customers who had come after us took their turn, we were fobbed off when I asked - there was no one who had time and if we didn't have any longer If we could wait, we would just have to make a new appointment (which no one wanted to worry about). Mind you, the haircut for my 6 year old takes 15 minutes and we had an appointment - as described above. I find that simply outrageous, so I left the salon and will certainly not be coming back.
