I had a consultation with a doctor and he informed me of possible solutions: insurance-covered cement material or high quality material with additional payment. I came to another doctor who never asked what type of treatment I want, did not inform me of the costs. Procedure lasted less than 20 minutes. A week later I receive a bill that owed me to pay 120 EUR for “very complicated and time consuming treatment” and also high quality material. Since when is 20 minutes time consuming? Since when is the patient not asked if they agree to pay extra? When I called the clinic to ask what is going on, I waited 3 days for a call back, then the doctor was like “so you really wanted to have cement on your teeth? This is nonsense!”. Well, I am a student and 120 EUR for their precious “time-consuming” treatment is also a nonsense.

Dr. Prokhorenko is treating me for CMD. He is friendly and takes time to explain the treatment and costs to his patients. I am on public insurance with an additional private dental insurance. He works to keep out of pocket costs to the minimum and provides information about all treatment and costs in advance, in writing. Dr. Prokhorenko uses the latest technologies and methods in his treatments. Several languages are spoken in the practice and he can converse in (at least) 3 languages. Previously, I had a very different experience with another dentist who acted as though she looked down on me for being on public insurance. She also did not use technology to the extent as used by Dr. Prokhorenko either. Unfortunately, this treatment of someone as a lesser person is often the case for patients who are on public insurance and need privately paid healthcare. The opposite is true in this practice. I also have my teeth cleanings done there as well and am very happy with his colleague who does that.

Habe meine Weisheitszähne hier ziehen lassen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und auch die Wartezeit war relativ kurz, da sie ihre Patiententermine sehr gut planen. Der Dr. Prokhorenko ist ein sehr professioneller Arzt - meine Behandlung lief komplikationslos. Ich würde die Praxis weiterempfehlen.

Сьогодні була записана на консультацію у доктора Ігоря . Приїхала раніше щоб знайти адресу но не могла розібратися . Почала звонити в клініку мені не відповідали . Через пару хвилин найшла и вхожу в клініку в свій час і мене адміністратор не пускає каже вам потрібна маска, у мене її не було так як зараз відмінили маски. Питаю у адміністратора де я її можу купити так як термін в мене зараз вона мені каже не знаю. Я вихожу за двері звонить мені адміністратор і каже ваш термін відміняється так як вас немає . Дуже шкода свого часу . Невже не можна для пацієнтів видавать маски ? І якщо це так принціпіально то чому адміністратор не відмінила одразу термін в не запропонувала новий зробити а відправила шукати маску і через 30 секунд відмінила термін по телефону ? Ich bin Patientin von Fr. Dr. med. dent. Anna Maria Potor und ich hatte noch nie so eine gute Zahnärztin wie sie. Fühle mich immer sehr gut aufgehoben, sie ist empathisch und sie erklärt mir jeden Arbeitsschritt genau. Nach den Behandlungen hat sie mich kontaktiert und gefragt, ob es mir gut geht. Neue Termine sind überhaupt kein Problem und ich kann zeitnah vorbeikommen. Ich kann sie vollstens weiterempfehlen. 1000 Dank!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich bin sofort dran gekommen und mir wurde ganz genau erklärt, was bei mir das Problem ist. Auch anhand von anschaulichen Bildern. Man wird nicht mit einer Behandlung überrannt, sondern sie schlagen eine Behandlung vor, und schicken einen einen Kostenvoranschlag, damit man das noch mit der Versicherung erstmal klären kann. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden
