I emailed 5 times before we came, asking the cost of breakfast and how to add it on to the room. No reply at all. The breakfast was 21€ pp per day - not worth it at all. As good as the food was there it wasn't worth it.

This hotel has a great location, close to the Train station, and a few minutes away from the center of the city. The room wasn't so clean and you can hear a lot of noise in the room. The food was not top but ok. The bartender(s) were very friendly!

I ordered a suite due to we have 3 person. To celebrate my daughter done well in school, mommy just want to reward her. But this senior suite had a connecting room and the room from our side is not locked. I call the reception but the phone next to my bed is not working. Next shower over head is not working but the rest is working but Ive to hold with one hand. The bed at our side is not any better, pillow are so soft barely had any support. The WiFi is so slow as good as not working instead I was using my data. I'm very disappointed for the price I paid.

We stayed here for a couple of nights afters flight cancellations. It's not the sort of place we'd normally stay at as generally don't love huge hotels, but it was pretty good. It's true it's kind of old fashioned - think early 90s vibes - but the location is central, rooms are big with excellent showers, and there are decent pool/gym facilities. The absolute best part is the cocktail bar, which is retro in design and staffed by an excellent team who know how to make proper martinis (much needed after 3 days stranded).

Just had 3 wonderful days (2 night stay) here and could not fault the stay. Located 100yrds from main train / tram station which was brilliant when travelling around the city. Dinned in the breakfast lounge,(€21) brilliant choice of cuisine and also Prosecco available which is in with the price!! Piano lounge was very relaxing and not overly expensive compared to other establishments I’ve stayed at. On day of check out, as we had a late flight we had nowhere to leave luggage, but hotel again supported and kept them safe for us. If I had one criticism it would be that the room don’t have USB ports to charge devices so you’ll need plug for charging. Other than that, brilliant stay and would definitely recommend it.

However, for 640 EUR for 4 nights I expected more. * The rooms felt a bit "outdated", and the bathroom was a hassle to use since you got water litterally everywhere when ever you used it regardsless if it was the toilet, shower or faucett. * Breakfast was included, and was very expensive 21eur/ person. * Communication, I feelt like before, and durig my entier stay that i had a rather difficult time communicating with the hotel and its staff.

Check in was super organised, the gentleman who helped us spoke great English and was able to suggest a few things for us to do and see. The pool was great but it wasn’t heated, so it’s cold! If you don’t mind a cold dip then it’s ok. The place is located in a convenient location near the station but it’s also right next to a strip club which isn’t the best on the eye. Cleaning staff came into our room at 8am and by surprise (wasn’t happy as we were in bed and our baby was just waking up)
