Mein Besuch in diesem „Café“ war leider eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung in jederlei Hinsicht. Die hohen Preise passten nicht ansatzweise zur Qualität des Gebotenen. Zunächst begeistert vom einladenden Eindruck, wurde ich leider schnell eines besseren belehrt. Der „Cappuccino“, den ich bestellte, war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Lieblos zubereitet durch einen Grobian mittleren Alters, schmeckte er fade und wässrig. Zudem war er sehr bescheiden dosiert! Der „Service“ war die Krönung. Unhöflichkeit und Ignoranz waren allgegenwärtig. Die Mitarbeiter schienen desinteressiert, völlig überfordert und ohne jegliche Gastfreundschaft zu sein, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Nicht nur Geschmack und Service waren schrecklich. Die dreckigen Böden und schmutzigen Arbeitsflächen erinnerten eher an einen heruntergekommenen Bahnhofskiosk. Ich werde dieses „Café“ definitiv nicht mehr besuchen und kann es leider auch nicht empfehlen. Es gibt weitaus bessere Alternativen in der Umgebung. Ich hoffe der Verantwortliche nimmt sich meine Kritik zu Herzen!

Normaler Kaffee, weder besonders schlecht noch besonders gut. Zudem sind die Portionen vom Cold Brew sehr reduziert und durch unnötig viel Eis gestreckt. Dem geäußerten Wunsch, dass so viel Eis nicht nötig sei und lieber etwas mehr Kaffee enthalten sein könnte, wurde mit folgender Aussage begegnet: „In anderen Läden bekommst du noch weniger Kaffee“. Kundenorientierung und freundlicher Service sehen definitiv anders aus. Da zudem die Preise für die gebotene Qualität eher anspruchsvoll sind, jedoch nicht unverschämt, kann ich den Laden nicht empfehlen.

Habe einen Kaffee bestellt um dort eine Email schreiben zu können, wurde dann erst nach der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen dass Laptops verboten sind. Hätte man auch deutlich irgendwo hinschreiben können, wie die (wenigen) anderen Cafés, die diese Regeln haben, es auch können. Ansonsten Eigentlich gutes Angebot, wenn auch etwas teuer.

Durchschnittlicher Kiosk, dessen Angebot für diejenigen geeignet ist, die bezüglich der Qualität nicht allzu anspruchsvoll sind. Die Preise sind im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz höher und stehen meiner Meinung nach nicht im Verhältnis zur Qualität der Waren. Bei meinem Besuch empfand ich die Atmosphäre leider als sehr hektisch und wenig einladend. Auch auf Kundenwünsche wurde kaum eingegangen. Alles in allem sicherlich eine akzeptable Lösung für einen schnellen Kaffee to-go, weiterempfehlen kann ich den Laden aber nicht.

Good coffee (though I must admit still prefer Man vs Machine’s a little more) with beautiful latte art. The pastries here however, are much better than Man vs Machine’s, with the bonus of the staff automatically offering to heat them up to maximise the tastiness.

Ignore the name and give this place a try. One of the best coffees in Munich :-) Lovely cafe and kiosk that sells coffee, food, juices and other things. The croissant here is also very nice and the staff are very friendly. Coffee here is excellent and I really enjoyed it. Happily come here any day.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal in meiner Mittagspause dort. Es ist immer gut besucht und ich wurde neugierig. I LOVED IT! Ein super sympathischer Familienbetrieb. Das Inhaberpärchen ist zuckersüß, die Location ist sehr cozy, der Service ist total nett. Als pingeliger Kaffejunkie fiel mir die super Qualität des Kaffees schon bei der Vorbereitung auf und das Gleiche gilt auch für die Snacks. TOP QUALITÄT zu normalen Preisen. Preis-Leistung passt für mich TOTAL! ICH KOMME GERNE WIEDER <3

There is not too many good coffee spots in Munich but this is definitely one of the few! Constant in quality and taste. Delicious flat white!!

5 stars for the service and the pastries. Spent a week in the city (first time) and I went there twice. The baristas serve with care and that’s something I appreciate greatly. Will visit them next time I'm in town.

Nice coffee place in the center of Munich with amazing Cappuccino (the small one is better as it has more taste than a big cup) and tasty cakes. I really like the Walnut Banana Bread. It used to be a hidden gem to me as the portions were bigger and the price mich cheaper than in other places. Now, they have the same price as anywhere else in Munich and the portions are less generous. That’s a pity!

Best sandwiches and coffee, and also best croissants in the neighborhood, but especially amazing staff, always attentive and fun to be around! ❤️

I got these amazing pasteis de nata. They added an extra touch on it by sprinkling cinnamon and powder sugar which was a new experience for me. I usually have my pasteis de nata plain but the powder sugar and cinnamon was a great idea and real elevates the flavors. There's an EC Geldautomat inside which was convenient for me because I usually never carry cash.

I looooove Billy's. Great coffee, cardamom buns are a hit. Love that they offer pasteis de nata. Staff are always friendly to everyone and they always repost my insta stories which makes me feel seen and acknowledged as a customer!

During my studies, I stopped here by almost everyday. The croissants are beautiful as well as the coffee itself. Billy (and of course the staff) are always welcoming and the with outside seating it provides a beautiful experience. Top!

Nice snacks and decent coffee. Not specialty grade, though. As they lifted prices quite a lot I’d actually wish for more premium beans. But overall 5 stars as this place gave me so much much needed caffeine and coffee breaks. Very nice staff, too.

Great selection of coffees & pastries. The blends are absolutely delicious and served with much care. It's a cosy little place, which also offers you newspapers to sit and read with your drink. Overall, this café has gone on my list for best cafés in Munich. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
