The
park
is
difficult
to
rate.
For
pure
and
experienced
street
skaters,
it
is
certainly
a
revelation.
He's
nothing
for
everyone
else.
Ollies
at
knee
height
should
already
be
in
place.
Otherwise
frustration
is
inevitable.
Of
two
manual
pads
in
a
row,
one
could
have
been
set
to
low.
There
would
definitely
have
been
room
for
a
slappy
curb.
But
when
planning
it,
they
obviously
wanted
a
park
in
which
experts
could
stay
"to
themselves".
It's
completely
understandable
to
me
that
the
decision
was
made
against
a
park
with
quarters
and
pyra
in
a
place
like
Theresienwiese.
It
simply
makes
sense
to
minimize
problems
with
small
children
playing
when
planning.
But
you
shouldn't
completely
ignore
reality.
The
Theresienwiese
attracts
thousands
of
skaters
on
nice
days.
It's
like
Venice
Beach.
There
are
cruisers,
longboarders,
surf
skaters,
inliners,
BMXers,
kite
boarders,
roller
skaters,
scooters
and
also
street
skaters
who
haven't
been
there
for
20
years.
They
make
up
95%
there.
They
all
have
absolutely
nothing
to
do
with
the
few
challenging
obstacles
on
the
southern
part
of
the
meadow.
How
cool
would
it
be
at
this
point
to
have
a
transportable
mini,
a
sensible
tram
and,
above
all,
a
pump
track
that
can
be
used
by
everyone.
Maybe
even
several.
Because
there
really
is
demand.
Everything
would
not
have
been
expensive
for
a
city
like
Munich
and
could
be
removed
for
the
Oktoberfest
just
as
easily
as
the
granite
obstacles,
which
can
only
be
used
by
every
20th
person.
So
my
criticism
is
not
of
the
park
itself,
but
of
its
one-sidedness.
The
park
was
simply
planned
based
on
the
enormous
demand
of
local
casual
skaters.
