The first thing you notice as soon as the food comes to your table is how generous the portions are. It is more than any other place I have seen for such price. The presentation is also very nice. The food is flavourful. They are happy to customise the dishes if you ask them to make them in a vegetarian version. The only disappointing part is there is no reservation and hence you end up 30 mins in line when you go in peak hours. Other than that.. a good place for Thai food.

The best thai food you can eat in Munich. The staff and service is so good. Vegetarian friendly options. All curries can be made with veggies even though its not in Menu. The quantities are huge and the food is made with full heart. Must try if you are craving for thai food. Now they have a big outdoor sitting and its simply amazing😊 Been several times to this restaurant, never had any complaints.

Great place. It has an awesome terrace, and an inside restaurant. I think it lacked some personal in the rush hour. But we still had a nice time, with really nice attention from all staff. Food was tasty and well presented. For sure I'm going back any time soon!

Thai place near Munich Freiheit station! Cozy space. Service is quick, you can see the restaurant is very well equipped (Open air kitchen and zero smell!!) And the food was good. My only concern is that the taste of the Pad Thai was rather soft. Other than that, great place, price and quality!

Love eating here! The food is very tasty and service is quick and friendly. They explain the dishes if you are not sure and can also make them spicy as per your request. I always have the H2 from their menu and love it. However I have recently noticed that they may have reduced their rice and gravy portion a bit from before.

Sort of landed here by accident but no regrets! We were looking to exit the train at a different stop but ended up here and saw a busy restaurant so we decided to try it out. Very good food, nice variety, quick service and nice ambiance. Only complaints...food arrived spread out, starter arrived with the meals and wait staff never checked back on us.

I enjoy so much all foods from their kitchen, not only the presentation is conforming the eyes but also the taste is so delicious. I ordered fried Fish as main menu accompanied with Papaya Salad, absolute must try for you foodies in the area or visitors in München. I will comeback again to try other menu.

Excellent Thai food, some dishes were quite authentic and they all tasted great. Outdoor seating in the Forum Münchner Freiheit is nice, the service was very friendly and quick. The only drawback are the high prices, but this is normal in this location.

The food is great! Pad thai is definitely recommended, however be aware that the portions are huge, so think about sharing one portion for 2 if you are not too hungry. And then grab a dessert with baked bananas 👌🏼 also important part is the location. I think the map still shows the old one. The new one is right next to the entrance of the ubahn

Great food, great service, great location - if you live in the area, you can’t help but wonder. What is this restaurant that seems to be crowded all the time! We finally managed to stop by and we were not disappointed. I do not mind waiting a bit in line, which you should be ready for. We didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes tho. For me personally waiting in line makes getting to the table and start eating way more joyful! Especially at a place like mun mun. The menu is big, but not overwhelming. We had a very nice waitress who helped us out with some chefs favorites. Obviously the pad Thai is great, but we ordered a version with less sugar which was amazing!

A cute thai restaurant we stumbles upon as it is located very close to the U bahn. The food was amazing, they were willing to make dishes vegan or vegetarian upon request. We had a vegan green thai curry and vegetarian red curry, both dishes were accompanied with Rice. The portions were huge and the food tasted absolutely delicious! The spice level was also adjustable. The prices for respective dishes were totally worth it, food was beautifully presented! I would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

There is nothing wrong about this place at all. Excellent food and amazingly fast and efficient service. The people working are lovely and welcoming. I’ve been here few times and have no complaints with anything I tried so far. Pad Thai is great, Thai Red Curry, even the chicken soup is delicious. The portions are quite good.

One of the most delicious Thai restaurant so far in Munich. Especially if you are Thai you will definitely love this place. After asking the staff to cook in authentic Thai flavor, it’s so Thai so delicious, full of flavor and felt like I’m eating Yum Thai in Bangkok! Will definitely come back again when I’m back to Munich.

The 2-hour drive to München is always worth it because of Mun Mun. We always come here for the fish and the mango sticky rice. One day I even ate one whole fish by myself, just didn’t want to share the fun with the others. Always a pleasant visit!!

One of my favorite places in Munich! They have wonderful dishes and I especially like the curry. Allergens are marked on the menu and there are lots of vegan and gluten free options.

Ordering fish with spicy chili It was sooo tasty and delicious because it matched with my tongue. But unfortunately the tom yah goong soup was too salty like the sea water. Overall the foods was delicious and the service is fast, helpful and attentive.

Both the spring rolls and the Pad Thai were delicious. The portion of the Pad Thai is very generous, although it may not seem in the pictures because the plate in which it is served is also very big. Highly recommend!

I love German food and Bavarian food but I needed a different cuisine for lunch one day. My expectations were blown out of the water. I ordered the Tom Khai Gai soup and the crispy duck with red curry and vegetables. The plating was perfect and all the food was so fresh. My duck was super hot and crispy and all the food was a little spicy, but not too much. I would eat here again in a heartbeat! The location was cute and comfortable as well.

The food was good, some items are really tasty but you should know what to order. Definitely overpriced and the pad thai portions were quite big as well.

Food tasted amazing! Price also not bad. There are alot of staffs available, which makes the service fast. Dinner time gets really crowded and loud, there was a really long waiting line. But still I highly recommend this restaurant.

Mun Mun is my go to Thai restaurant in Munich. Very tasty food at fair prices. From thai classics to fancy dishes. We like the open kitchen area. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is very busy, so plan to wait. No reservation possible.

The food was really delicious and was served very quickly. The staff was very kind and friendly, checking if everything was ok with our orders and taste of the meals. The kitchen is opened and visible to the guests but, you won't stink at all afterwards. Clearly good ventilation is built in. It's a pity that it's not possible to reserve a table beforehand. We came at 18:30 on a Wednesday and were seated at 19:15. There was a constant queue of guests outside of the restaurant until 10:00pm. I don't plan to visit anytime soon due to this queue and no possibility to reserve a table.

We had a nice evening there. The Pad Thai is really good and the portions are nice. It is a bit pricy but you get value for your money. Everything was fresh and we still got our food fast. I also recommend the spring rolls 😊 and its dog friendly 🐶

Convenient location near the U-Bahn. Great local area to explore. Large portions, fresh taste. Not nearly as spicy as I would have liked but the dish was good nevertheless. Lots of outdoor seating for nice weather evenings.

Overall the food is okay. We order duck curry with rice and duck noodles. The duck curry is a big portion. The service is okay.

I love this place; prices increased a bit, but still a great Thai Curry! 😋 Also, this place is popular, so if you visit it during lunch break, it could be a line. But they handle it quickly, so it should not take longer than 10-15 minutes. ⏲️

My friend and I visited the restaurant on Saturday. The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the waiter is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place. Having said that, one should expect waiting time of 30minutes in queue during peak hours !!!

It is located right next to u Bahn station. They have seats both outside and inside to choose. We had pad Thai Gung, red curry with duck, Ba Mee Pad and Fried barsch fish. They are all very pasty. I would highly recommend Pad Ghai Gung and fried dish. The price is fair and I would love to come back anytime!

Great little Tai restaurant with good food. The service is friendly albeit a little chaotic. Portions are large and affordable, for a couple one serving of appetizer and one serving of main course would suffice. The duck courses in particular are delicious.
