Selten eine so unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin erlebt wie heute (4.7. 18:15). Offiziell hat der Laden bis 19:00 auf … um 18:15 wird schon draußen zusammengeräumt und es heißt, es gäbe nur noch „to go“.

Kenne dean&david noch aus den Anfangsjahren, und war heute das erste Mal wieder nach Corona, weil es sich grad anbot… Leider hat die Qualität sehr stark nachgelassen: mittelgroßer Salat, ein paar wenige Rindfleischkrümel (keine Steakstreifen wie früher), trockene Croutons und Getränk für 17,99 ... Preis/Leistung schwer verbesserungswürdig

Ganz schlechte Erfahrung!! Das bestellen war schon kompliziert, weil „Ne, den Salat haben wir nicht“ „Tomaten haben wir nicht“ „Brot haben wir nicht“,… Wohlgemerkt hab ich den regulären Preis gezahlt, obwohl bei jedem Salat mindestens eine Sache gefehlt hat. Dann zuhause angekommen die große Überraschung; Kaputter Salat, kaputte Paprika, kaputte Trauben,… Daraufhin hab ich in dem Laden angerufen & habe als Antwort „Ja, ich weiß das der Salat kaputt war“ bekommen. Unverschämtheit!!!!

Not fresh and poor customer service!

Beautiful outdoor seating by the fountains. The bowls are delicious, and there's a wide selection, but it's disappointing that everything has become more expensive. It's no longer worth the price, especially considering the increased cake prices and the fact that the portions have become quite small. Additionally, there are no customer toilets.

Good place for a quick lunch salad, soup or sandwich. I like the make your own salad counter and everything is fresh daily. Staff is friendly and in the summer the outdoor terrace is a Greta place to enjoy lunch.

We had catering from here and the only thing I would ever get again was the blueberry muffin. The salads were small and not filling with dressing that was very runny. The superfood bowls were an odd mix of ingredients that wasn’t very appealing. The wraps were soggy by the time they arrived and the lettuce seemed to have fully wilted. Wouldn’t choose to eat from here again.

Personal ist unfreundlich und salat war schlecht. Die Blätter sahen schon nicht mehr gut aus. Dressing wurde vergessen, Brot natürlich auch. Und als wir dann den Salat zuhause aufgemacht und gegessen haben ist uns aufgefallen das fliegen im salat waren. 🤢 Einfach nur ekelhaft. Sind zurück ins Geschäft gegangen wo wir nur eine unhöflich Antwort und sonst nichts bekommen haben. Einfach unverschämt für 13€...

Die Zutaten sind frisch, insofern war nichts zu beanstanden. Leider gibt es keine anderen Grundlagen bis auf Reis. Die Portion der Protein-Beilage war sehr klein und 16€ sind dafür wirklich nicht angemessen. Auf freundliche Nachfrage antwortete die Bedienung, sie dürfe nicht mehr als 1/4 Avocado in den Salat machen. Tatsächlich war die Portion eher nur 1/5 oder 1/6.

The salads taste nice but portions are small and relatively expensive. They only take cards and won't give you a printed receipt (you have to enter your email to get something mailed). Inconvenient. Used to go regularly but not anymore.

Bad service. Forgot to add half the ingredients. Forgot to give bread. No apology, just a look of annoyance. Disappointing.

Good Dean&David. As the other ones. It's kept clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. 5/5. Would go there again.

I’m not sure why there aren’t better reviews. The service as quick and polite. The salad was on point. And the location is amazing! Going again tomorrow!!

Die Salate sind köstlich und sättigend. Die Getränke sind durchschnittlich. Servicepersonal erfüllt die Anforderungen, macht seinen Job, aber niemals sympathisch.

Very comprehensive and informative

Excellent, tasty, healthy food

Nachdem mir aufgefallen ist das an der Decke lauter kleine Fliegen rumturnten die teilweise an mein Essen wollten hat mir das Essen deutlich weniger gut geschmeckt. Der Reis schmeckt als sei er schon drei Tage vorher gekocht worden. Die Kette selber ist grundsätzlich okay.
