Would be nice to peel off shrimps before you put them on pizza! How are you supposed to eat it - I had to stick my fingers into cheese to extract shrimps in order to clean them. You don't have to be Einstein to know that you have to peel off seafood for a customer!!! The staff is also cocky and somewhat rude. Please enjoy your 1 star!

Great authentic Italian restaurant. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was just amazing. I believe the dinner for two was very reasonably priced. I can’t say I’ll be back but if I stayed close to here again I certainly would. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hey, I want to share some information about people who are vegetarian. If you go this restaurant so pls don't order vegetarian pizza. The taste and look are disgusting . The vegetarian pizza has main ingredient is only that EGG PLANT which are totally burnt. When we talked about this problem , the employee told to me" really sorry " but I can't do anything.

Nice pasta, quick service although a little bit more relaxed than expected. Treating a walk-in customer who could be your dad as if it were a classmate is a slight bit too much for me. Price little on the high side.

Two of us made the mistake of eating at this place yesterday. We paid €60 for two pizzas, two cokes, two coffees, two waters. This place, whose most expensive pizza is 13 €, charged us 60 €. defrauding the customer without using the math of morality and conscience has become a normal situation for this place. My friendly advice to you is to stay away from this place.

Giovanni and Mike are giving me the best Italian food that I have ever tasted and a great service, they are so kind... Bocatto Di Cardinale... Just the best Italian experience... A must go place.

Food is good, but the service is not good all. Server brings the wrong food, and the attitude is rude. When I need to pay the bill, the server only cares about his tips, not the customer.

I was invited to an party event and the place was booked down. Food and service was excellent and the waiters were eager to take pics for us. We also had a good Riesling (Trocken) bottle even though it’s 2021. Thank you for the hospitality.

We went to Ciao Bella to eat a birthday dinner.
2 adults and 2 children.
We were seated and given the menus.
When ready to order, we were informed - by a wrathful and testy waiter - that they were sold out on ham. So no ham on the pizzas - but still full price.
We decided to order our dinner anyway. 2 pasta alla carbonara and 2 pizzas + 1 pizza bread.
After a reasonable time, the pasta came. After a few minutes, we started eating the pasta, so it wouldn't be cold. Within 15 minutes we were all out of pasta. 25 minutes after receiving 2 out of 4 dishes, there were still no pizzas. But 2 very hungry kids.
We went to the waiter and told him we were unsatisfied. He told us, that our pizzas were ready, but no apology and no compensation. So we did not wish to stay. We payed full price for the 2 pastas and 4 sodas even though they ruined our birthday dinner.

Nice people... They let us eat something even if they were closing... Good pizza. Good beer.

It was good place before, but now ... service is terrible. They could deliver different food to you, not like you asked. Will push you for tipps

The customer service was not great - from the moment I walked in till the final payment. I did not feel welcomed when I first came in. Not only that, they were not accomodating to my requests and it took a while to order... but thank goodness the food came out quicker than I thought. Last but not least, the waiter put 10% tip without my consent.

We had the bruschetta and chicken salad and both were amazing. The kids split a Hawaiian pizza which was a delicious thin-crust style. Our server was wonderful and even spoke great English.

The service is too bad. The food is even worse. The staff was very rude and very unfriendly. We ordered food at 21:20, the waitress said it was too late to order and after 5 minutes of banter she said she will make an exception.

Place has become quite overpriced recently. Add to that that the service is almost always slow (once I left after 20 min being unattended, when the restaurant was even less than 50% full) and on an expo day it becomes even worse. All in all, not really what one would expect from an Italian restaurant.
