Quite chic serviced apartments,my friend and I stayed 2 nights there ,during exhibition,price is 40% increasing. Good points: Quite big room and bathroom is great .The metro is just in a corner,3-4 minutes. And Augustiner bear garden is very close as well .Supermarket is in the opposite . Weakness: There is no washing machine. Anyway,we just stayed 2 nights,not urgent to wash clothes.

Loved the quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible and quite regular public transport eg. S7 line to the centre and near a couple of cheap grocery shops. There's an elevator in the accomodation. There are friendly and truly helpful staff. Very clean, modern, well equipped kitchen & dining area in the room with a good shower and balcony. It had quite a comfy bed. It was handy to use the washing machine and dryer. Basically it had a few facilities similar to Aparthotel Adagio in Brussels.

Alles in allem sind wir absolut zufrieden mit DD - Suites und werden wieder buchen. Größe und Ausstattung unseres Deluxe Apartment hervorragend, Ausstattung der Kitchenette ausreichend. Insbesondere die gerrennte Raumaufteilung Schlafzimmer abgeschlossen zum Wohn-Küchenbereich sehr gut gelöst. Balkon für Raucher gute Lösung. Begehbare Dusche ist für ältere Menschen sehr gut. Auch die Lage zum etwa 500 m entfernten Augustiner Schützenhaus ( Restaurant und großer Biergarten ) war für uns überaus gut, dort hervorragend gegessen. Empfehlung unserseits. Anbindung an die S-Bahn gut, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station Mittelsendling. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für das Spülbecken in der Kitchenette wäre ein Abflussstopfen sinnvoll, um das Geschirr entsprechend spülen zu können. Zudem sollte man einen Besen und einen Wischmopp beeit halten, so könnte man zwischendurch mal kurz sauber machen.

Sehr sauberes, schickes und geschmackvoll eingerichteted Apartement. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat nicht weit zur U-Bahn, ein Rewe-Markt ist gleich gegenüber. Super sind auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze vorm Haus. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier sehr ruhig. Der Balkon war unser Highlight. Auch der Service war einwandfrei. Ein Babyzustellbett wurde kostenfrei ins Zimmer gestellt. Es gibt nur 2 Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln: eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gwesen und die Matratze des Doppelbetts hätte etwas besser sein können. Alles in allem waren wir hier sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen👍😊

I stayed this apartment for one night. While we were sleeping around 6:30AM, the other customers came into our room. It was really scary and the cleaning staff was really bad to us.
