Not sure if the cook was changed today or we orded wrong dishes, the food was not tasty. We tried at the same restaurant just 1 month back and the taste was very good. Today we are not satisfied. The Fish curry was horrible taste 😫 , it had very bad smell. Same was with Lamb curry.

Good food. Authentic Indian restaurant. We ordered paneer pakoda, vegetarian kofta with naan and rice. It was super delicious and tasty. Location is very convenient and staff is also very helpful. They also give you mango shots at the end as complementary. Salad and papads are also given complimentary. There is no specific special parking for the restaurant but there is plenty of space on street. Tram stop is very near. And also the bus stop. Really nice Indian restaurant with authentic Indian food experience. Had fun !!

I have tried plenty of Indian restaurants and this is the best place to try daal makhni. Other items on menu are also tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive. I come often here with my friends and family.

I have visited only once and it was a great experience. Nice staff and great food. The best was the dessert. There are limited options but the ‘moong daal halwa’ was perfect. Unlike other places, the sweet was low and it was served with the ice cream, something different than usual but went perfect with it. I will recommend this restaurant.

I ate the food (dinner) in this restaurant and the food was amazing. The staff and service was really very good,they were very polite. It is the best indian restaurant in the city, I advise everybody to go and eat food there. You will feel very good and the food quality is also number one.

The food is superb. The service was amazing 🤩. The staff is so good, the best I have experienced so far in any restaurant in Germany. If possible, I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10 stars. Will surely recommend this place.

The taste of the foods are great, medium spiciness and it doesn't took us lot of time to receive our orders. Servers are friendly and they always ensure our satisfaction. Ambience is good and prices are also. Recommended.

Very delicious! The mangos cream with ice cream is A-M-A•Z•I•N•G. The vibe is nice, quite with contemplative Indian music in the background. The atmosphere is cozy but semi elegant and with beautiful statues. And the waitresses are lovely! Definitely coming back!

Great place to have a stop to eat. They have special offers for lunch so that you will have a considerable portion of tasty food for an affordable price. The waiters are always very welcoming + the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing.😊 I love this place, and I will pay another visit here.😋

The food is just amazing. I had never been to this place before. We ordered variety of food right from starters to main course. The starters were good although the quantity might upset some people. Do make sure to ask before you order. The main course was simply amazing. Too delicious.... The staff were amazing as well. Totally recommended....

One of the few Indian restaurants that serve authentic Indian food. The (complimentary) papad with chutney was really tasty and I loved how the chutney (dipping sauce) taste was on point. We ordered a non veg platter for 2 as starter, meat was very well cooked, there could have been more meat than the salad. The naan (Indian flat bread) that came with it was very soft and tasty as well. For main course we ordered Nilgiri Chicken & bhindi (okra) masala (veg), here again the taste was almost perfect except for some big chunks of ginger that was slightly off putting, especially if you're not a fan of ginger. We ended our meal with a very delicious serving of kulfi ice-cream and lastly 2 (complimentary) shots of cutting chai (Indian tea) & some mango liquor.

Spacious, original, simple, clean and pleasant restaurant. The service is impeccable, warm and professional. The cuisine is generous and tasty. It's a family friendly place. One of my favourite Indian restaurants in Munich. The food is good, and on request can be made hotter to suit British rather than German tastes. One point deducted on Service as home delivery is not available to my address, if at all anymore, as they only delivered to a point about 50 meters from my home, despite it being the same street.

Located in the heart of Munich city. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food is good enough but it's curtailed for more of European palate. I ordered chicken tandoori which was very good. Then chicken tikka masala which was average.

Hi , While its my first visit to Germany I found this restaurant amazing , with good proper INDIAN TASTE FOOD. Believe me most of the other so called "INDIAN"restaurent do serve indian food but the taste is German or europen ,but here you will get the right amount of indian spice teate and food is awesome. We dinned around 14days here and each meal was delicious . Also one of the most striking feature of this restaurent is that they will treat the indian customers with same respect and love like the Europeans or Germans unlike the other restaurents who will give you judgemental look and demen( hindi me nicha kar ke dekhna) you as obviously you are indian ..which is funny. Anyways coming back to THE DHABA retaurent the staff is cordial and the ambienece of the DHABA is also very classy . I would always recommend thia hotel to anyone who visits MUNOCH GERMANY. PS : The cost of the food items are all same in all the restaurents so I think as this restaurant taste is better it good to go for thia restaurent

Service is good but food taste is average. Lunch Thali options are available at cheaper price to try. Ali is nice guy and always ready to help make you laugh.

Food was nice and the ambience was great. I celebrated my birthday there and the staff decorated our table for the same. It was a lovely time and a Special thanks to Ali.

Incredible quality food. I grew up in London in an Indian community and have eaten a lot of Indian food in my life and I can tell you honestly, by comparison these guys make outstanding quality of dishes.

Was fine, the spices used were a little bit stronger than usual for other indian restaurants in the west

Some people say the Kadai chicken is spicy and good for Indians. But it is like the same cheap watered down gravy you find in cheap easy-to-cook restaurants.No onion or thickness, just some ball pepper(capsicum) and one potato piece in it. They have one single base they put in all curries. How ever the tandoori chicken was with chicken thighs and they were juicy and nice. Chapati and Naan are the same. Both has yeast in it. Chapati looked darker perhaps a different dough. Many Germans(people with German name in comments) gave good comments about aubergine curry (#58). But it is very sweet, almost like a dessert with nicely cooked aubergine in it. Wasn't really cut out to my taste. This is a below average food place and I would not order again.

Best Indian restaurant in Munich for us. Very welcoming and warm hearted staff. They have great deals for lunch. Even my Indian colleagues said it is mostly authentic. Try Chicken Tikka Masala.

Experience we had in this particular restaurant is the worst among all the Indian restaurants in Munich! Staff clearly lacked sense of respect towards customers. Coming to food, starters were good but their special item wasn't any good, it was heated before serving but I guess it was cooked long time back and when they heated it, the dish started stinking.
