Honestly no one forced you to work a job- no one is asking for conversation and a smile- how about not just toss the PAYING customers food at them and over charge them with things they didn’t order... Highly recommend not eating here- food was fine but after that customer service was horrendous.

Great place to grab coffee and warm breakfast before the train ride! This is one of the few stores in the area that actually have a toaster to heat up the wraps/sandwich for you. We were so happy that we found Dean & David, because we had been looking around but most cafes in Munich seems to only be serving cold sandwiches and bread even on cold mornings. Coffees were decent. I've also tried the tomato soup one night and it was delicious. The staff all spoke English and were attentive.
