Really run down location. Seems to cater to migrant workers that are long term stays. There is parking, but not a lot if it. They may offer to reserve you a parking space, dont believe them. You can order food there, but very simple stuff, and not too cheap considering the atmosphere. Broken lights, torn curtain, doors that dont lock properly, etc.

The worst experience so far I had in Munich. The don't have the hairdryer and the receptions basically doesn't exist.

Key lock was faulty and we had to wait for over half an hour in the middle of the night for somebody opening our room since no staff member was around.

The entrance was locked and nobody was there when I came for check-in at 2.15pm so I had to call. Staff was friendly but didn't seem familiar with the use of a computer. The room was run down and the floor and bath mat were sticky. My towel was clean but had a viaible dark stain. The curtains didn't reach the full window width. The lamp was making a humming sound when turned on. The backdoor was called nigh entrance and I was told it is always open when the front is closed. Well the front is always closed and the backdoor is literally open for public because it is unlocked. Which leads me to my worry of not being avle to lock my hotel room. You need a card to open from the outside but still it would have made me feel saver to be able to lock the door considering what kind of people I saw there. The only two good points: It's cheap and the bed is comfortable.

Accessible place in a good location with Metro station. We went on a very cold period and the heating was proper. With view on the garden. Clean and quiet. I would go again. We had a terrific time. And the price was ok.

No one is ever around. So no one can help you, or answer any questions, or sort out your queries. If you don't know otherwise you'll get locked in and not know how to get out. We saw one poor bloke waiting outside in the cold not knowing how to get in, saying he was told he'd be met there but had been standing around for 20 minutes. Workmen were causing a racket outside our room door to wake us up too. You certainly get what you pay for.

It was clean and warm and the receptionist was very nice and spoke perfect English. The showers are fantastic and the beds are amazingly comfortable. It is only a short walk to St. Quirin Platz Ubahn.

Typical overnighting place for construction workers from the balkans... you get only the essentials.
