I visited this dental practice for the first time on the recommendation of my wife. Now I'm impressed by the extremely quick help with my mishap: brought in the morning - done at lunchtime. It was also inexpensive. Excellent. I now have a new dentist!

It was my first time there and I will be treated there again and again. Dr. In contrast to my previous dentist, Roßnick gave me excellent advice. He didn't think about the money but rather about my well-being and the best method for my treatment. So I was spared a crown for the time being and was able to leave the dentist's office with an excellent filling. In addition, I had absolutely no waiting times. I would recommend it to everyone immediately!

I was very satisfied with the treatment, the teeth cleaning was carried out very professionally and thoroughly. All of my questions were answered and although the practice is a bit old, it says nothing about the competence of the specialist staff. Thanks to the team, you're doing a great job!

Was here for emergency dental service on Saturday. Unfortunately, I was in severe pain and the doctor's diagnosis and immediate treatment plan took me by surprise. I asked for time to think about it and a short phone call. Consultation at home that could not be understood because, after all, he was the doctor! After less than 5 minutes he came back into the room and put pressure on him by asking during the phone call “and shall we continue now?!?!” When I asked if I could get a second opinion somewhere else, they were incredibly insulted. But that wasn't enough, the dental assistant was told, "Please write down that the patient doesn't want any treatment and have the patient sign it." Then I was told that if I changed my mind or the pain got worse, he would stop me not to deal with any case and under no circumstances should I call him. And this from a doctor. For me personally, that was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen! That is not how it works!!!! I read something here about anxious patients and so on. I can't confirm at all!!! After two sentences of questioning you were offended. I drove half an hour out of Münster to the nearest emergency service and I didn't regret it, quite the opposite. It was the smartest decision you could have made.

Dr. Roßnick was recommended to me about 7 years ago because I was a patient with anxiety. He is very understanding and careful. I've often experienced things differently before, which is why I only went to the dentist when I was in pain. Now I actually enjoy going to the practice and am completely relaxed. The waiting times are very short. Even if you visit spontaneously, you will be treated quickly. The practice is well organized, everyone is really friendly and I feel very well looked after. What I also think is really good is that Dr. Roßnick is open all day, even at lunchtime. Absolutely recommend the practice!!!

Dr. Roßnick is the best dentist I have ever had. His calm nature is also perfect for anxious patients and he has really golden hands. Can only be recommended.
