I went to taste some Japanese sake 🍶✨ The Junmai Daiginjo and Limited Daiginjo 2023, available only at Rengakan, were easy to drink and very delicious😄 Also, Dassai has a rich lineup of Junmai Daiginjo Shinji 23%, Junmai Daiginjo Shinji 39%, and Junmai Daiginjo 45, and you can also purchase them! They also sell freshly squeezed unblended sake by weight, and I was able to sample it! I liked the taste of Ginjo original sake, so I bought 500ml and brewed it in a bottle.🍾We also sell ice packs, so you can take it home with peace of mind😊 They also sold Narazuke and sake lees, so you can put them in an insulated bag and take them home♪ The people at the store were very kind and I had fun tasting and purchasing.

A sake factory that houses a restaurant and even an ornamental glass making shop, this place is open to tourists and the public. I went to Japan for a paid tasting. The location is not close to the station, but you can walk there. First, I tried the recommended drinks and found that both were delicious and I could tell the difference. Next, I tried the limited edition Daiginjo, and was surprised at how easy it was to drink. It is located so far from any station. However, there are many type of japanese sake, and japanese food is delicious, too.
