Went there at 3am since it operates 24 hrs. I appreciate the kind and attentive lady at the counter, but the top floor was closed with the lights turned off. I needed to read in peace so that was not possible, so I was disappointed since I came all the way from Kotoen. My fries were very oily. Left there shortly, feeling like a bummer.

I really wanted to try the Hawaii series, so I went to the drive-thru a while ago. All three of the Hawaii series were delicious, but the potatoes and nuggets were the worst.
