    I commute from the next town. I'm a gastrointestinal specialist, so I've had gastroscopy and colonoscopy done. The doctor was very good with the camera, and I never had any pain or discomfort with the gastrocamera or the intestine camera. I'm a nervous person, so when symptoms appear, I rush to see a doctor, but the doctor was able to see through this and always explained things to me in detail. Other staff members are also very kind. They told me that the treatment might be covered by insurance, so when I went through the procedure, they had life insurance, and the other one was at another hospital, but they also had insurance for treatment from 5 years ago. Thank you for reaching out to me. Because the doctor has a good reputation, the hospital is always quite crowded, but I'm prepared for that, so I either sleep or read a book while I'm waiting, or if I'm not feeling well, I just hang in there and wait (^_ ^;) It's a reliable hospital.

    I trust the teacher. Both the nurses and the radiology doctor are kind. However, the elderly people at the reception were really unpleasant. The customer service on the phone was brutal, and even when paying the bill, they ignored me. When I'm sick, I feel bad because I don't have the time. I think it would be better to learn the basics of hospitality.

    It's been a while since I've had a doctor's appointment. The receptionist is always great. I was looking at it from above. Don't you think of patients as customers? The teacher has a kind tone, listens carefully, and responds well.

    I was in the hospital before. The doctors and nurses were kind and easy to talk to. Communication with the receptionist was always painful. I'm scared. I once called because I was going to be a little late for a scheduled test and was told, "Huh? Mr. (my name), I'm waiting right now! Please come quickly!" It's my fault for being late, but I think there's a way to say it. When you're not feeling well, it takes a toll on your mental health as well.

    よほど忙しいんでしょう。電話対応もせかせかしていて、参考にどれくらい待つものなのか聞いたら「待つのが嫌でしたら他の病院へどうぞ」と言われて行くの止めました。めっちゃ腹立つ。質問もしたらいかんのか??

    先日、娘が初めて通院しました。 娘の名前が有真(ゆま)と読むのですが、〇〇ユウマさんと呼ばれました。 まぁ、ユウマと呼ばれるのは仕方がないかもしれないですが保険証の振り仮名を見てもらいたかったですね。 車に戻ってから、思わず振り仮名ふってなかったかなって確認しました。 先生は丁寧だったのに、他の人も仰っておられるように受付の女性の感じが悪かったです。

    数年前に喉の痛みで受診 逆流性食道炎で胃カメラをすることに 全然苦しくないと言われたが えずいて非常に苦しかった。 胃カメラ終了後、喉の痛みが出てきて 鏡で喉を覗いてみると 傷ついて赤くなっていた。 その事を病院に説明したが 特に謝罪もなく、痛み止めを出されただけ 4日くらいは痛かったです。

    I had fever symptoms, so I called first and then went to see the doctor. I was a little worried because the reviews weren't very good, but the receptionist was very responsive over the phone and gave me detailed instructions on when I could see the doctor and where patients with a fever should wait. The nurses and doctors were both friendly and made me feel comfortable.

    Visited the hospital with a sore throat. Now, if you have cold symptoms, you must take an antigen test and get tested for coronavirus. The examination itself went smoothly, but some of the nurses seemed cold to me.

However, as mentioned in other reviews, several women at the reception and accounting staff have bad attitudes. I've seen them treat elderly people in an intimidating manner many times, and it's always unpleasant. The hospital doesn't even apologize for the reservation error, just saying, ``It's because you didn't request it.'' Is the patient a customer? You should change your attitude.

    Dr. Nojiri is generally a nice person, but the reception desk and the ladies in the examination room are really terrible. He has a bad attitude, is noisy in his private language, and speaks in an overbearing way. It's at the level where I often serve customers. It can be quite stressful, so if this is your first visit, we recommend going to another hospital.

    The reception is terrible. The director is extremely reliable, but if the receptionist is like this, the reputation of the hospital will be lowered. It may be natural for people to become overbearing if they are all elderly, but it is possible that they have a bad personality to begin with.

    He has a reputation for being very skilled, and my 83-year-old mother has been visiting him for eight years. However, he was afraid of being scolded by the teacher, so he could not say that he was not feeling well. Since there is no control over oral medication for blood pressure, I wish they would have listened to me more empathetically. After all, his tone sounded like a fight. This would scare my grandmother, who is in her 80s.
