Best gym in Muroran. Staff, hours and facilities are awesome. However, the weight lifting area is relatively small for a big gym. It has a two indoor courts for volleyball and badminton, in which you can book for free including rackets.

It's part of life in Muroran. It's 24 hours a day, so you can move your body whenever you want, which is great (baths are open from 6:00 to 0:00, and baths are not available on the second Friday of every month due to maintenance days.) The machines here are well stocked and SO MANY CARDIO things . The free weight area can get very crowded . IF YOU ARE A FEMALE I would say take a look at the ladies gym . If you want to weight training but are off put by grunting men the extra 1000¥ is worth it . THE TRACK IS AWFUL you are better finding an outdoor area or using the treadmill . Over all little expensive but solid supply and a great motivation to get exercise

The location is in the center of Muroran, and the parking lot is large and shared with a nearby shopping mall, so parking is not a problem. However, since the facility itself is a repurposed former facility, it is undeniable that it is aging. There is a bath, but there are only 6 washing areas, and the temperature cannot be adjusted, so most of the time there was water.

Although the facilities are good, the membership fee is quite high. It seems that some people only use the baths, so please be aware that it can get quite crowded depending on the time of day.

クランクバーベルは1本、バーベル全部3本しかない、老朽化した器具のメンテンナスもあんまり行わず。「ジム」と呼ぶ神経を持っているのか。 スタッフの態度が良いという理由だけで3の評価。

他のJOYFITと比べても施設が大きくトラック、コートが有り色々なトレーニングが出来ます。トレッドミル、クロストレーナー等は数が多く混んでる時間でも使えない事はないでしょう。ただしフリーウェイトエリアは狭く、他の利用者を待つ事はあります。ジャグジー、サウナ、マッサージチェアもあり充実してますが、シャワーは急に温度が変わったりするので火傷注意です。 JOYFITは全国どこででも利用できるのが大変便利です。
