The hotel room is very small and it a bit outdated, but it is very clean as usual. Front desk is very nice. The onsen on the 12 the floor is small but very nice to have. You can hear the train sound occasionally in the room. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the train station. There are only a few restaurants nearby.

Location is relative to needs but good for us as an ample sized car park onsite and near our car rental drop off. A minutes walk to the station. Not really much in the immediate area of intetest but good as a base. Not much in the way of a western style breakfast available. A roll or croissant with jam snd bacon is about it with an orange juice, otherwise mainly fish based breakfast buffet. Se had to request change of rooms because internet is an issue on the 2nd floor apparently. We were changed to the 12 floor where the internetcwas fine. Rooms were identical. Bathrooms a tad smaller than the norm and the bath was higher so could be a struggle if you have a mobility issue. We had a twin room, and had to climb over the suitcases, even having to put one in the passage blocking the door. It has a relaxation area on the 12th floor with separate baths for men and women. No power points next to the beds. 2 on the desk and 2 just outside the bathroom door. None in the bathroom. I would recommend always to travel with a powerboard. That way you only need one adapter to use multiple devices. We had to charge everything including toothbrushes on the floor outside the bathroom for ease of access. Beds extremely hard with only one small pillow. Bit like sleeping on a hard floor.

Good Hotel. Walkable distance from the Higashi Muroran station. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staffs. Breakfast menu is good. Clean rooms.

Nice hotel in a super convenient location. The hotel has free parking and a public bath on the top floor. Each room has a view, the front of the hotel for sunrise and the rear for sunset. The room was a little small with no real luggage space.

Located just right outside the Higashi Muroran Station. Not a new hotel but maintained clean and provides all the basic necessities. There is a tub in the room and shower, there is also a public bath separate for men and women that stays open between 0500 and 2200. Also included is a simple breakfast.

Muroran is an odd industrial town with a lovely cliff top walk from beach around to chikyo point. The hotel is tired and our room room was small. Other rooms are bigger. Sento on 12 th floor is small. One big bath and shower area. No steam or sauna. The buffet breakfast was weird... spaghetti carbonara and mapo tofu for breakfast for eg. It was ok for a couple of nights. Next to main train station.

Good place to stay if you’re passing through town, although it’s not very close to the main East-West highway connecting the cities of south Hokkaido. Very boring, industrial location. Nothing in the immediate vicinity.
